I was contacted by a gentlemen that said he was an Asset Manager with this company. He asked if I was interested in handling a forecloseure or REO for him to market and sell. (he sounded very young and uneducated) I abliged him and as he spoke I noticed that I had heard this shpeel before... It was from REOPRO or iREO.

Of course he then asked for a credit card to pay for preservation and saod i would be reimbersed. I said that I would have to do some research before I handed over any credit card information. FAST FORWARD 3 hours later my colleague got the same call but he fell for it... I told him to call his bank immediately to dispute the $300.00 Charge and told him about my experience.

The charge was reversed by his bank later that day. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANYTHING THEY HAVE NO LISTINGS.

Thank you for your report. You save me. They ask to pay for to list property. $300 per property. Same story you post.

Scammers

These guys are scammers and quite good at it. I fell for it on one deal and as noted above with a little research found them to be liars and frauds. Fortunately my credit card company will be pursing them for fraud. Not only did they take the $300.00 but they tried to use my credit card to buy food through grub hub. They are not in New York but in Illinois. I have reported them to all avenues that I could and hope that they get caught, shut down and it would be lovely if they did some time in prison. I know that is unlikely but do not return their calls.

He reached out as an REO asset mananger, he knows all the process and knows the techinical lenguage of Real estate, im sure he is a failed agent in the industry or a former asses manager.

His market are Real Estate agents hungry for REO Listings, and after give you some addresses he ask for a paypal charge and puff he is gone forever. the office address he provides is a fake address with another legitimate business.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS

I received a call from a young man claiming he was an Asset Manager, he sounded like he was on some sort of drugs... He gave me an address to a local home that was in PRE-FORECLOSURE with a mortgage balance of $10,000 which could easily be cured or refinanced. After I probed with a few questions he fumbled over the answers and never did answer them correctly. So I chose not to give him my credit card of course the whole thing was laughable.
