I had a Loan with Achieva Credit Union which I paid in full, then months later acquired another Loan with Achieva, which I also paid in full. I currently only have a Credit Card with Achieva Due to a lot of unexpected problems, house repairs, car repairs, and medical issues I applied for another loan with Achieva, which was denied.
The underwriter claims I only want this loan to pay off other Achieva accounts, which is not a legitimate reason for a denial. When I called Achieva to file a complaint, I was told I could not do so, but was transferred to the Loan Department, and left a voice mail. I therefore obtained a loan elsewhere with a more ethical lender.
