We were hired to install a temporary housing unit and run utilities. Everything was an emergency, so we performed the work and it's been 4 months and we have not been paid a dime on over 17K. I spoke with the housing company paid by the insurance for the temporary housing, and able has been paid in full based off our invoice. They argue and are very rude on the phone (Valerie). They are nothing short of con-artists. 20 BBB reports, 9 rip off reports all saying the same thing. Time to make the DA in Fulton county aware of their dirty business practices.

My name is Charles D. Hearne, and I did some work for ABLE HOUSING, and have yet to be paid, first there was paper work
that needed to be done W-9's, Waivers, Invoices....etc. So after the work was done, the lady I was working with from ABLE HOUSING was going to expedite my payment, which for some reason takes (30) business days to recieve??? anyway she had an emergancy back home, and had to take a week off. Aparently no one else could do the payroll, or sign the checks, at least that's what it seem to me, because when she got back there was still no check, so I called her,and she said the rcheck was mailed out on Jan 29, 2016 so it might take 15 business days to recieve it, well (30) BUSINESS DAYS later, still no check, so I called again, and she said "I tried of answering the phones for people who did not get their checks, and I hope they (co-workers) hear me".
There has been a lot of complaints about this company not paying people, so in my opinion THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.
We RJF Transport of Indiana, were Contracted to move a unit for them to Vermont for over 5000.00 in early June.We paid out alot in expenses outta pocket to do this job and cant as much as be paid for a service they were surely paid for!

The district attorney in Fulton co Ga was contacted after weve seen over 40 people ripped off and exxcuses all the same by ABLE HOUSING. checks on bosses desk. in the mail etc etc. girl got fired and wasnt paying people. all bullshit! lies/ This Tom guy is a professional crook in my opinion. i reported this scam to Fulton Co and BBB, Rip off report.com, google reviews,
and im now talking to insurance companies they do biz with and fiding all the people they ripped off to thm. ill file a claim with our attorney tues am..
