Had a tow truck drop off a car for two flat tires, car went in for what I thought was to get to new tires but he came back he had a list of repairs that had to be done totaling $1,700 and If the repairs couldn't be paid he offered to purchase the car, he then refused to let the car leave the shop unless the repairs were performed or he purchased it, there was no third option either pay for the repairs or he would buy the car
