For those people looking for a job as a sign spinner DO NOT apply with AArrow Ads Seattle. After making me do weeks of unpaid mandatory training I was promised 35+ hours per week. But that never happened. It was over a month before I got my first 5 hour per week shift. I worked for over four MONTHS at 5-11 hours per week while they promised to give me more hours "next week". When I told them that I couldn't keep doing this and told them I need to look for other work they would put me on the schedule and then change it at the last moment so I wasn't working and put someone else on the shift. I was promised 1.00 per trick I invented (never happened) raises every 3 months based on performance etc by Katie. Also never happened. The customers were so happy with my work they would ask for me by name - so my lack of hours was not due to performance. I never missed a single shift, I was never late to a shift and even took a shift at the last minute for them. I was told by lead trainer Katie that if the customer wrote a positive review I would receive a 20.00 bonus. never received the bonus either. Payroll is a joke and it took them over two months to get it right. Do not waste your time with this dishonest company.
