Two times in early 2019. Needed assistance. Called and could not get a hold of a good English speaking rep. They were unable to provide help. I took care of it myself. Just tried to get reimbursed and was told to late. Only 60 days? What a rip off. I will be looking for a new service.
Well we gave this company three strikes now they are out!!!!! First time we were locked out of our vehicle and we called them gave them all info needed and the phone number to get in contact with us, sat out in the snow and cold for 1 1/2 hours waiting for a lock out service and noone came, and we didnt hear anything back from them. so we called a service that they use and they came immediately and unlocked our vehicle, we got in car and they had called the wrong phone to let us know that it would be 2 to 3 hours before we could get help. no reimbersement
Second time car accident trooper asked if I had roadside assistance and he said to call them for a tow the trooper left and I called them to come to tow me and their reply oh it was an accident we dont tow from accidents REALLY i thought i paid for roadside assistance doesnt say in the brochure that we dont service accidents
third time our truck broke down on side of road, called Allstate Roadside and we don't tow 3500 trucks only 1500 to 2500, noone ever told me that and they have alist of all my vehicles, well i looked it up ion the allstate site and NOWHERE does it state that they don't tow 3500.
Tell you what im going to try Good Sam Roadside + RV same price better coverage YEAH
