Orkin came out weekly when I lived in this home, paying $2500 a month in rent. I have all the pictures that you want of rats cannibalizing each other. Every week the Orkin folks found more in the car engines, in the attics, walls. etc.Just about the moment you think you've found them all, my dogs would let us know this was not the end of it. Roxanne Broderick did not help, ever. did not pay for this and did not pay for the medical tests for LEPTOSPIROSIS that my dogs and I had to be tested for. This nice rental was in Eagle Point...the city, the county, the congressmen were called on this.
I am certain that any positive reviews of this property manager have been written by her friends and boyfriends. The state of Oregon needs to do a better job of yanking a license from someone that cannot follow the laws and does not know what habitibility means. The only thing worse than Roxanne Broderick is the lack of attention that the local attorneys spend on this stuff. It's just too hard for some of them. Happy to forward all the pictures of the dead rats from Orkin, just ask.
