If you are looking to remodel your house or if you want to work for A&G Consulting LLC Don’t do it. I’ve been looking for a job and I have stumbled upon A&G consulting. Ive met the owner named George OnGay at first he was nice and I showed him that I wanted to work and I can get the job done.
He said that he pays every week on a Tuesday but I would only get 80 dollars a day starting off. I’ve talked to one of the worker to see how much he gets paid and I have found out that he’s been there for more then 3 months and only getting paid 5 dollars more then me. I told him what does he know he said he knew everything except plumbing.
I told him so you know pretty much everything and you only make 5 dollars more then me he said the only reason why he got the 5 dollars extra is because I had to tell him i had a family and it was not enough to feed my family and it was still not enough.
1 week has passed I have not worked with the owner but I have been working with a guy named Edson he was very patient with me and he started teaching me how to do the job correctly. After that week passed I was working with Edson and the owner Gorge OnGay by the time where it was lunch time I asked Edson if we can have lunch he said no we have to work I asked why but He dident want to say anything.
I soon found when we were having our lunch the owner Gorge OnGay came in and started getting mad because we have stoped working to get lunch. He demanded us to hurry up when we just got our food and he always took a piece of our food with out even asking one of us if he can take some.
I realized when ever the boss weren’t there we had our lunch and when the boss was there the whole day we would be starving. A month has passed and he started to make excuses why he couldn’t pay on time. I asked the guys that worked there if they got paid and they said yes we have.
This started to get me really annoyed because if you make a deal with someone and shake there hand the deal can not be broken a person that goes against their word is no man but a coward and this has been going on for 2 months making up excuses why he couldn’t pay me there was a time where I’ve been getting paid every 2 weeks and the other workers has been getting paid on the day they were supposed to.
For those 2 months I’ve felt so bad for our clients because one client asked for his roof to be fixed Gorge OnGay agreed and he took half of the money they agreed on. We did little work there and since today he still haven’t fixed the roof the owner of the restaurant begged me to tell Gorge OnGay to fix it because there was still holes and it was flooding his office.
I told Gorge OnGay that we need to fix it but all he did was take the first half of the check and ran. There was another time where I was helping Edson make a new vanity sink for a client the moment I walked in the house she was screaming and telling Edson why is Gorge OnGay was lying to her saying that he would get it done by a certain date and we haven’t even made measurements to the sink yet.
Every time we went to the clients house she always told us that he has been lying to her saying we’re almost done when in fact that we dident even do anything. She said the only reason why she is staying with us because Edson tires his best and he actually gets things done and she really loved his work.
There was a time where she expected us to have the sink base built and painted and when we got there we only built the base of the sink. When she got home from work she came to us and you can see how she was happy to upset in her own words this is what she said “I expected you guys to bring me the vanity painted and all you brought me was a f*cking pice of wood Gorge said that he had this sh*t all ready I’m f*cking tired of his lies how come he can’t just tell me straight forward instead of lying to me”.
I was so ashamed of my self and I felt so bad for her but with all his lies we eventually finished it 3 months after the due date was supposed to be. My last month working for him I’ve been telling him to pay me on time but there’s always an excuse for him I had to go to Florida because my grandpa was very sick I told Gorge OnGay that this was an emergency and I had to go.
I was helping out my grandparents and I wanted to buy food and medications for my grandparents I went to check my bank account to see if Gorge OnGay paid me and haven’t I texted him that I wanted to help my grandparents out but I need money he put up so many excuses to the point that he never paid me I worked 4 days which he owes me 320 he paid me half and still owns me 160 till this day he never paid me.
I just want to let anybody thinking about remodel or putting your money into his pocket or working for Gorge Ongay I repeat DO NOT DO IT DO NOT TRUST HIM HE WILL SCAM YOU
