The guy came to my door asking if I wanted my driveway blacked topped. I said , Yes How much, 1st he said $5000.00, I said No, Thats to much, then he said $4000.00, No still to much frinally we agreeded on $1500.00. I gave him a $500 deposit , It was raining, He said he would be back tomorrow with my receipt and start the job. I can finish paying him tomorrow, he never came back. I called his phone 1-732-507-3322, Never got a call back, Finally when he did answer the phone, he said if I keep calling him, He was going to call the police on me. I filed a police report
