On March 18, 2016 my daughter found a prom dress she like. She contacted the company by way of the "Chat Box" located on the site to see if the company could have the dress to us by April 3, 2016. We were told if we paid an addition $39.99 the dress would arrive by then. So we placed our order. Then around March 28 we received a call in the middle of the night from a "oriental specaking woman" wanting to get my daughter's height. I told her and asked why she didn't check the order form. She then stated the dress would arrive in a couple of days. When the dress did not arrive on April 3, I contacted the "chat box" because that's all you have for communications.
Well they promised dress by April 8. (No dress)
Then they promised dress by April 10 (No dress)
Then they promised dres by April 12 (No dress).
Well prom has passed and today is April 17 (still no dress)
When I contacted them today they said definitely by April 19 ( What do you think?)
The company goes by several names like (dressy dresses... sammyprom.....idresses . The company is in Hong Kong and they run their money thru a private owned company not a bank. They also steal pictures off of other formal wear websites.
