Not happy with customer service they provide and they way they try and make you fill when you try & warranty the equipment you purchased and they are to warranty...

They state in there emails that they are only responsible for the "guts " of valves that you purchase when there very own warranty from back when they were purchased states " it is guaranteed for the life of your pool".... thats the pretense I purchased the valves for my pool under ------ 5 years later they "revise" there warranty statement and change there warranty for parts... Called bait & switch in current business terminology.... not appreciated at all...

The the customer service rep Kyle states:::

I'm happy to get both valves out to a service professional at no cost to you. This is an accommodation outside of the warranty period, as only the diverter has a lifetime warranty. For safety and liability reasons, I need you to have a service professional come and inspect your system to make sure the correct parts are ordered. I am unable to send valves directly to a homeowner. The next step is to have your service professional contact us and let us know what it is that he needs to repair your system. You can supply him with this reference number, when he calls in, we will see notes in the system regarding our conversation. Thanks for your patience.

Accommidation outside of the warranty period..???? LIfe of the pool is what it states in your warranty and the pool valves at my pool are STILL LEAKING while you jack me around with this warranty at will practice...

If this is not resolved very, very soon since ewe all know how expensive water is here in california - this will for sure be a very easy Better Business Bureau complaint for sure....see below---- #3 is the warranty posted before they altered there warranty statement for all there previously purchased items from them...

There proof is in the warranty listed below.... leaking water still and they are trying to force me to send it to an "authorized dealer" thats NOT WHO BOUGHT them I DID not the shop.... I should be able to choose whomever whenever I want to and not be forced for you to inconvienece me any more.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and costly with STILL LEAKING WATER...

Limited Warranty

Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc. ("Zodiac") warrants all Baracuda®, Jandy®, and Polaris® brand products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and work- manship for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase, with the following exceptions:

1. Jandy heat pumps are warranted for two (2) years. Heat pump compressors and heat exchangers are warranted for five (5) years.

2. Electronic salt water chlorine generators, including Nature2® Fusion Soft, are warranted for three (3) years, with the exception of the Jandy AquaPure® EiTM Series,

which is warranted for one (1) year.

3. Jandy NeverLube® valves are warranted for the life of the pool on which they were originally installed.

4. In-floor cleaning heads are warranted for the life of the pool on which they were originally installed, if originally installed with Zodiac's in-floor cleaning valves.

In-floor cleaning hydraulic valves, UltraFlex® 2 valve housings, and leaf removal deck canisters are warranted for three (3) years.

This is Kyle's reply to my request /demand for the warranty of my products that I purchased so I should have the right to do with them whatever I want and it still be warrantied...
