Zazzle, Inc. Reviews

I purchased an article from this vendor ,the add on the site showed what appeared to be a licensce plate frame in metal, similar to the metal ones you see in auto parts stores. I ordered it and when it arrived,it was as thin as tin foil on steroids. I requested to return it, you could bend it by breathing on it too hard.

They said not to return it they would issue a credit. What they don't mention is that it is a store credit. They won't issue back to your credit card. On the invoice it states" you can return for 100 % replacement or refund". Now i see why amazon is so popular.

Charged me 9.95 for a year's shipping. Refused to refund it.

A BEWARE for anyone doing business with Zazzle: don't take their "free shipping" offer. It will end up costing 9.95

I've been having a hard time simply deleting my account after they made unauthorized charges for a zazzle black membership, and am still waiting for some kind of confirmation that my account has been deleted.

It started when I received a "welcome to zazzle black" email after having not logged into my account for months. I had cancelled that service back then after receiving terribly slow service (all i ordered was a mug and it took forever to arrive). When I submitted a complaint to support they claim its an auto-renewal. How do you auto-renew an account that was cancelled? I also cant login to my account no matter how many password reset links they send to me.

I think they don't bother sending confirmation emails when you cancel that service just so they can scam you a year later and claim they're auto-renewing the membership that you cancelled. If you have no proof of the cancellation they can makeup any story they want.

I would stay away from zazzle and always make sure you have alerts setup with your bank so you can keep a lookout for unauthorized or fraudulent charges from shady businesses. Also document everything, especially requests to cancel memberships or delete your account.

My only desirable resolution is for my account and debit card information to be deleted. I want nothing to do with this company.

ZAZZLE Printers have been down for over a month. ZAZZLE collects your money and gives bogus delivery dates. I paid for expedited delivery.... One month later, I am finding out they have a printing problem. No mention of this what-so-ever of printer down! ZAZZLE has several hundred compalints with BBB AND STILL runs their business with FRAUDulent delivery dates. I phoned Corporate Office, sent emails, phoned customer service with miniimum wait times of 35 minutes. There customer service is located in Ireland. They currently are offering discount coupons and still giving bogus delivery dates to this moment. BUYER BEWARE.....FRAUD!

BUYER BEWARE! We placed a time-sensitive order for custom wedding thank you stamps on 8/1/17. The production time promised was 2-3 days and an additional 4-7 days shipping. It has now been 15 days and our order status still says it's in production with no further update. We ordered from this company back in April and received it on the 4th day, no issues, and we were very happy with the custom wedding stamps we received. But something changed with their company between then and now. As of today, the promised delivery timeframe previously noted in our order details has all of the sudden disappeared.

I contacted customer service a few days ago via e-mail inquiring about the status of our order and they "could not give me a production or delivery ETA at this time." Today I gave them a call and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The rep took me in circles, telling me he could not give me an ETA but "rest assured" he has bumped our order up in priority and upgraded shipping, which is zero help if they don't actually ship the order out. But the more questions I asked and the deeper I dug for answers, the more he stuttered and got flustered. At one point he let it slip that their printers were broken. I asked him for a partial refund for the trouble since he admitted it was their fault and while I was on hold once more, I decided to search for reviews online.

Low and behold, lots of new negative reviews have been popping up within the past couple weeks and even more within the past day or two. Everyone's problem is the same - they have not received their orders either and have been given various excuses such as printers being broken, their company moving facilities, running out of materials, items being out of stock, etc. I verified that the company did indeed move locations in recent months and I'm not sure what the problem is, but they obviously cannot produce the orders customers are placing for whatever reason and they are continuing to lie about it! Why not list a longer/delayed production time on their website? Why not shut down temporarily until they solve whatever issues are going on there? They are clearly trying to stay in business in a very unethical way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!

I have been a artist with this Print on Demand Comany now for 12 years. They have many unscrupulous actions against artists, customers, and affiliates, but most I would consider nothing that can be substantiated. I am however extremely concerned with them affiliating their own products that their artists should be getting referrals for, by means of stealware. They have hijacked links, added their referal codes to almost everything, and using redirecting to coax customers away from the artist recieving their referral. It appears this started approximately 5 years ago, when they took away the artists Volume referral bonus program and almost immediately we started getting 3rd party sales verse referrals for items we diligently and some paid for promoting.

I have even had items my family has bought with my referal code, direct to their check out cart come back as a 3rd party sale, and I not only lost the referral but now get only half or less of my royalty as it goes to the 3rd party. We are not informed on who gets this sale from us, but 3rd party sales have increased for me and others to over 50 percent of our sales, some get no sales anymore unless they are a 3rd party sale as Zazzle seems to be promoting certain items that we are not also.

I and hundreds if not thousands of other artists feel that this is a conflict of interest for Zazzle to be affiliating their own products ontop of their already profits from our work. If stealware is being used and its illegal then they need to be called on it, and have to show records on their affiliate sales , where they came from and pay back every artist they have hijacked their sales from.

I hope someone acts on this. The owners are either unaware or a part of this. Zazzle is huge why they need to do this to the little man who made them what they are to day just does not pass the smell test.

In ending, we are punished if we speak out on their forum, many banned for life. Get warnings that we will lose our stores if we speak out, and as others here have posted are outcasted and our sales black listed some losing thousands of dollars a month overnight literally buy either having our designs and products dissapear or ranked so low after being best sellers no one can find them. Maybe the owners care enough to find out what is going on or maybe they know, but someone needs to audit this company on where and how they get our referrals and how often.

Ordered thanksgiving holiday shirts on 11/15 and paid the extra money for them to ship to me on 11/21 or 11/22

I logged in daily since then to see if shipping was updated it was not

I sent an email on 11/21 and asked about shipping dates and got an email that stated that i would have my order expediated but with no date as to when and still no update on the site

on 11/22 I called and got hung up on. I called back and was told my shirts were still in production. And if I still wanted them. I said they are thanksgiving t-shirts why would i want them after the fact if the holidays are going to be over and you still cant tell me when they will be done. They cancelled the order and said it would be 7-10 business days to get my money back.

I blasted them all over social media and then filed a report with the better business bureau. I get a call and they had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to place another order of the same tshirts and get them by 11/23. Mind you I have to wait 7-10 business days for my first refund but now give them some more of my money to get disappointed again

like why wouild i give them more of my hard earned money come on

I am a graphic designer here in Tennessee, and for several years I've used a company called Zazzle.com where artists can upload their images to be printed on T-shirts, Coffee Mugs, and many other items. Recently, they have begun engaging in blatant acts of political correctness, blocking designs that do not fit their political agenda, mircro-managing and reviewing what we can sell in our stores, and generally being nit-picky. Lately, they have begun hiding products which they claim "haven't been viewed in X number of days" blah, blah, blah. Well, if no one can see those products I'm obviously not going to make sales. There are in essence destroying my business. They're doing this to nearly everyone, and the commissions we make per item are abysmally pathetic, to say the least. Both CafePress and Zazzle are ripp-off companies who need to be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission over their unethical treatment of the customers attempting to seel through their venue.
