Z57 Internet Solutions Reviews

I am hoping other Real Estate Agents read this and don't use this incompetent company. They charged me $120 a month to maintain the website that was antiquated and did nothing for me. Then, I got suckered into a sales pitch about all the advertising and leads they can provide for another $300 a month. They provided on average about 4-5 leads per month for that outrageous price. None of them ever provided real contact info, so they very well could have been fake leads. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't let me out of a one year contract, even though they provided a ripoff service and no good leads. I then cancelled my credit card, and they have no charged another card I had previously used without my consent. These people are scammers and crooks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! When I first signed up they said anything and everything from "we are an approved vendor for your MLS" which was a complete lie to "we guarantee facebook traffic and leads" another complete lie! They screwed me out of over $2,000 and placed the complete blame on me. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as you can!!

I was told by the salesman that these were guaranteed leads. I asked if these were forms filled out and the customer is actually looking to buy or sell real estate. The salesman answered yes to all. My business partner was right beside me listening to and contributing to the conversation. After several days the contract showed up with the wording of traffic. When I asked about this they told me it was the same. It seems whoever I talked to they seem to use whatever wording that best suits them. After seeing what leads came in and when I called to complain what the salesman told me and what I received they referred to them as traffic. I told them I would have never signed on for what they called traffic. I asked for the recorded conversation with the salesman and they told me they would not send those to me for security reasons. My partner and I called all the leads they sent and not one of them was a true lead as promised by the salesman. Some of the leads never answered the phone, would not return a message after several calls. We received busy signals, disconnected phones. One person we spoke to said that he never signed up for any information concerning Real estate.

I have been with Z-57.com for many years, nice web sites, problem is when you pay them to upgrade something they take your money and don't perform. They posted my new web site about 3 weeks ago ( it was an upgrade) and they posted with links that do not work. I have tried for 3 weeks to get it corrected and have spent about 2 hours on the phone hearing your request has been escalated it will take 7 -10 business days to correct! I cant even get a manager to call me back. Alamode who I have another site with is much better at customer service.

Any recomendendations for a web site provider? I am looking to make a change because the customer service is terrible and extremely slow.

I recieved a call on Nov. 15 2010 from Jesse a salesman for Z57 they provide web site for realtors. We went through the web site demo. I gave them my $413.00. I was told I could cancel within 10 business days. What they don't tell you is once the site is up you can't get any refund. So within minutes of getting my money they have the bare bones site up. They said clients could search the MLS and foreclosures. Butthe MLS was never attached that is another package I guess I'm now told. When clientswant tolook up foreclosures they are asked to give a credit card that will be charged every month. When I saw the demo it didn't ask for a credit card. SO itlooked like I wasthe one profitting from them visiting the site. Like I was the one getting the money. They stole my email account when they attached my web page to my domain. For 11 days I could not get or recieve emails I called them daily and begged them to fix this. They said it was godaddy's fault. I had to hire someone to fix it they had it fixed in minutesand assured me it was doneby Z57. I told themto leave my email with godaddy but gee they stole it. If they control your email they know you will keep paying the fee every month realtor emails are heavily advertised we can't just change it and they know it. So now they had me really nervous Iwascalling every day and I had one problem after another. Then I googled Z57 and pages and pages of Scam alerts came up.I called Z57 to cancel it was in the 10 daysI was told Lady your not getting yourmoney back. Then I was told I had to talk to a manager but there was never one available out to lunch meetings etc. Only when Ireversed the charges did Henry Phillips callme back. But guess what they charged my account once again. What did I get for my $413.00 a nightmare.
