I was online looking for guiseppe zanotti shoes at a discounted price and I came across this website with GZ shoes called www.Your.mls.com zanotti shoes on google search from a company & found them , communicated with them after placing a inquiry on their webpage , a reply came to me from a email [email protected] saying I can place my order they are manufacturers & they have stock and will ship my item after payment online , after payment was done she emailed me to say thanks , a week passed by she ignored my emails and said it will take few more days it's a special order , thereafter I asked for images of item she said she forgot it's been shipped , I asked her tracking details she couldn't provide it , after a week she sent me a tracking EMS which she lied about the dates , EMS false tracking number and details EA198868586CN probably one of their own shipment because it was sent to them back , from shangui to shangui and on website they state they based in Hong Kong , no address no tellaphone numbers no facevook ia linked to website , I asked for a refund they refusing for week , I asked to collect item myself with courier also ignored and denied ! No matter what I tried they stole my money and now ignore me !
