Yes we can repairman came to our house to diagnose our dryer. He climbed on top and knelt down on both washer and dryer, denting them in multiple spots. Repairman called his boss. We were given an invoice to repair belt for $275.00. We did not give them any money at the time, but told repairman we would reschedule and pay for repair when the replacement tops to the washer and dryer came in.

The invoice also stated:

“ dryer and washer cover top panels were damaged during repair diagnosis, Repairman) spoke with owner and will replace covers.”

I have been calling, leaving messages and attempting contact with this company via phone, email and facebook. I have not gotten any response back from them.

Buyer beware!

This company does not follow through with contractual obligations. Read negative reviews about them all over the internet - i wish i did. They operate out of a p.O. Box number, and the customer has no way to reach them, except by phone or email, and they never call you back. They don't care about the customer. Stay away!

I found yes we can appliance on line, as a company that offered to recondition my wolf gas range. A representative, chris, came on february 18, 2016, and seemed very knowledgeable. He told me that the parts to the range were very expensive and would cost me $2,500. I negotiated the price for the parts down to $2,000, with the labor to cost $500. Chris told me that he needed the $2,000 in advance, as he needed to order those very expensive parts. He promised that the entire job would be complete in two weeks. I wrote him a check for $2,000 and he left me with a printed receipt.

I did not hear from them for two weeks and started calling them numerous times. Finally, chris came back. He didn't have any parts with him, but said that they were coming soon. He did take 4 range burner grates and the stainless steel backsplash with him, and told me they needed to be reconditioned. He promised to return within the week. At the end of the week, after no one returned or called, i started calling the company. After numerous calls and messages, which went unanswered, i got a company representative on the phone on april 4th, who told me that the technician would come on thursday, april 7, 2016, at 9 am, with all the parts and would complete the entire job. April 7th came and went, no one showed up or called. On april 10th, i sent an e-mail to yes we can appliance, and told them to return my money and parts, and that, if they did not do so, i would be reporting them to the better business bureau, consumer affairs and the district attorney's office. I gave them one week to return the funds and parts.

I received an e-mail response from them the very next day. They wrote that they were sorry, that the owner's wife passed away the previous week and the owner had shut down the office temporarily to be with his family, that they apologize for this inconvenience and that they would complete the job that week April 11 - april 15, 2016). The week went by, no one came or called.

I have given up all hope in having my range refurbished by the yes we can appliance company, and am now in the process of looking to purchase another range.

My advise to anyone looking to do business with yes we can appliance is, stay very far away.
