We bougt our hot tub from them 2 years ago. She was very fake. She told us not to use bromalain tablets in hot tub, Then she proceeded to tell my husband and i that every time you get out from tub to put some clorine in the tub, she did not specify how much. When we got back from vacation, the hot tub was off, tried to turn on and when heater turned on, the whole thing shut down. I called her and she said it sounds like it's the heater.charged us $125.00 to come out and the kid micky moused the heater, said there was nothing wrong with the heater and charged us for a filter, which we did not need. 3 weeks later, i called her and let her and let her know it did the same thing. She started yelling at me and said it will cost us another $125.00 fee to look at the tub. I asked her why should i pay the $125.00 when nothing has been fixed, she went crazy on me and told me i can go find someone else to fix it. Ilet her know, ok, and I will report her to BBB. She freaked out and acused me of threatening her. This woman is Crazy. She woukldn't even go half way with me. We got another guy to come aout to fix, he was greart, charged us 1/2 of what she was going to charge and we have a better heater. DO NOT purchase hot ttubs or pools from these people. they are bad people, DO NOT stand by their products.They r there to just rip people off. to top it off, my husband has cancer and this is why we purchased. she could not care. shame on tammy.
