Number 1: Their website says "Extremely simple and quick Plug & Play installation". Dictionary definition of “plug & play” is "denoting or relating to software or devices that are intended to work perfectly when first used or connected, without reconfiguration or adjustment by the user". I purchased LED Headlights for my 2002 Thunderbird. First, the retaining ring for the headlight bulb would not fit over the Xenonpro bulb. They told me to cut the ring to try & make it work. If it failed to work or ruined the ring, I would no longer be able to use it. Also, the retaining ring is no longer available anywhere (not even the Ford house) so I would be unable to replace it and go back to original headlights. Next, the LED bulb is longer and hits the fender/fender well when installed in the headlight assembly so the headlight assembly cannot be re-installed without modification. They continually refer me back to the multiple page of “terms” (legal speak) where buried in the middle, it says you may have to make modifications to your vehicle to use their products. But prominently on their website is the “Extremely simple and quick Plug & Play installation” wording. How is a person supposed to know if their car will need modification unless they either have the LED bulb in hand or the measurements of the LED bulb available to them before purchase?

Would you make irreversible modifications to your low mileage, classic vehicle that will drastically affect the resale value for LED bulbs that were supposedly “plug & play”?

Nunber 2: Their website also says “Fanatical Customer Service” and “100% Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back. We Stand Behind Our Products”. This is not true. You cannot call them on their phone number. It immediately cancels your call when you dial it. Their only form of communication is either by online chat or email. If you can get them to accept a return, there is “$15 restocking fee per product ordered up to a maximum of $30 per order”. They also only accept returns for 30 days. I had surgery and was unable to get out and work on my vehicle for 2 months after ordering the LED headlights from them before I discovered that their product would not work in my application.

Number 3: Their “Lifetime Warranty” includes a $39.95 “shipping fee” for them to replace their defective product.

Now I’m stuck here with $166.47 worth of LED headlights that I cannot use.

Bottom line is; they are a rip-off!! Beware if you purchase anything from them and read every piece of “fine print” on their website if you do!

Lights fail on regular basis. Plugs do not snap together properly causing loose connections allowing water intrusion that turns to corrosion and light failure. No instructions on installations, cust is supposed to remove glass tube surrounding LED but there are no instructions telling you that. I read it in a negative review where their rep told a cust to remove them saying that the glass is there only for protection during shipping.

Don't bother trying to ask a sales person a question after they make their sale, they refuse to answer questions telling you to send a message or live chat. I told a sales person I could not get through using live chat and he said sometimes they block customers that they don't want to talk to. When I finally did get through on a different computer the customer support person was rude when I asked what was being sent to me. I was told that this wasn't my first rodeo and that they were sending me what they sent me last time.

What kind of company answers the phone and just sits there and listens to you say hello several times, I can hear noise in the background. When I called again they asked me why I keep calling them, he refused to answer any questions about their product or give me his name, he just kept saying Xenon-Pro, that's who I am.

One person did tell me that I would just have to tape all the connections to keep the plugs from loosening or getting water in them. What poor quality that you have to tape everything together in order to keep the lights from failing.

This is an internet sales marketing company with no actual support staff or willingness to return or exchange items. I bought LED highlights anf fog lights for my truck. While I was asking them questions on the phone, they said oh don't forget you need inti-flicker modules for you headlights and fog lights.

I bought exactly what they said. I paid extra for expedited shipping even though it say on their website expedited shipping was free. When I attempted to call them and ask about this, they hung up on me. When I attempted to get online chat the person was extremly rude and kept saying what's your problem your going to get the parts.

When I got the parts, I installed the headlights with no problem, but one of the fog lights broke when I removed it from the case. I installed the other fog light and found it would not work with the anti flicker module I paid extra for. When I removed the module it worked fine.

So I filed on their website for an RMA to return the modules and get a replacement for the broken glass on the fog light. i have yet in 3 week been able to get anyone to speak with me. I have sent 3 emails, have started a couple of live chats and no one answers anything. All my RMA on my account says is pending (for 3 weeks now). I now relize this is not an actual parts company but a marketing company and they have no real intent of honoring their money back guarantee nor exchanging parts.

Furthe I looked on the North Carolina Secretary of State site only to find out there is no such company name or Ficticious Firm name registered in the State. I am fairly sure if they are even located in North Carolina they are under the radar of the state officials which makes it impossible to file a consumer complaint. I have been bamboozled! Don't let yourself become a victim. I will never do business with an internet company again w/o checking state records and rip off report.

Thanks for letting me vent, I am certain I have lost my money.

Brought head headlights for my 2015 chevy impala. it took a few weeks for me and my mechanic to get a weekend that workout for both of us so he could install the headlight system. Turned out he informed me the headlight system appeared to be used and when he tested it before installing the headlights did not work.

Contacted customer service for XenonPro, (you have to communicate with them e-mail only) which l think is add. Well, it has been more than 30 days so no refund.

Avoid xenonpro.com like the plague. I bought two bulbs for $147. They stopped working inside the guarantee period. I tried filing a claim with them by calling, emailing an submitting to their chat. No response. Total ripoff

sorriest customer support talked to sales person and ordered a set of bulbs and anti-flicker units was advised that the bulbs would fit a dodge 2500 2005 model after receiving them they will not fit called support number no answer sent a email received email which they advised to go to live chat talked to kevin he advised I needed order number and that they sent it to me through email did not receive it will not give me RMA without order number would not recommend them to no one Fancy web page but no customer support If there was a minus star I would give them two minus stars

I purchased a complete set of LED 45 watt headlights and fog lights for my 2013 GMC HD2500. Had reservations because of others having trouble with warranties. I had an H11 low beam light blow and contacted support and spoke with Lewis. First off he tried to tell me there was no record of me purchasing from them and unless I could provide the e-mail I was sent with the order code they would do nothing. Took me a day and I found the e-mail. I told him that two banks of LED's wouldn't work and that the black/red wires were burnt. He asked if I swapped the bulb with my other low beam light which I hadn't. I had to do that which is a total headache but as expected it still didnt work. He told me that the truck wiring could also be the problem even after I put the other LED bulb in the socket and it worked fine.

I offered to send the light back to him so they could see for themselves. He then said that that wouldn't prove it was the LED that I purchased and I could just be supplying my friends with free lights. That ended the conversation. I bought a pair of LED H11 bulbs from "The Headlight Experts" which work fine. I would never recommend XenonPro to anyone.

So I try calling xenonpro.com, and get no answer. So I email them, and they direct me to a live chat. I get "louis C". I told him the issue, and he asks me which side failed(like it makes a difference). I told him driver side..He says I need you to switch the bulb to the other side, (you cant remove the bulb, only the entire unit) which makes no sense. The bulb was fried, glass cover cracked, and only 1 of the 3 led's on the unit were working. In order to switch them out, i have to remove my battery on one side, and my cool air intake on the other side, which is a pain because it connects to a bottom mount turbo. So he proceeds to call me LAZY! I then got pissed at him (can you blame me?) especially since Im a union tradesman, and work my a*s off, and this little snot nose, probably half my age that sits behind a computer is calling me lazy, so he insults me some more

Among the Worst Service I've Experienced

I ordered a pair of headlamps, but one of them had obvious defects from the moment I opened the box. Xenonpro ignored me as long as they could, being extremely rude and having no answer to the question "what about your stated lifetime warranty and satisfaction guarantee?" Even the reviews on their site are suspect.

Ok....I bought into the fancy website and what I would call deceptive marketing practices......lesson learned

The Problem? I ordereed some lights and they both went out in only a few months. Considering the fact you have to remove the grill from the vehicle to install them is a huge waste of time and giant pain to do so. Not to mention the price

XenonPros website claims Lifetime Warranty, but when you try to return the bad lights and get new ones.....well.....read the chat below....says it all....my annotations/commentary can be seen in brackets like these....()
