I have been receiving mainteance cleansing pills which I have not ordered. I tried to call the company and was put on hold. An operater said all lines are busy Please hold...which I did after about 1/2 hour the recording said "Bye". I did not order these pills, I do not use them and I do not feel I should have to pay for them. I cant speak to any one in person nor can I get them online with the email address they have given. I have read many of the other complaints and they are virtually the same.

I ordered C.B.D. oil thinking it would help with the back pain I have. I went on vacation before receiving package. The oil was waiting in my mailbox upon my return. Upon opening the package I realized that I had to call within 14 days to cancel the next delivery. When I called they told me that I was too late to cancel. Another bottle came within 2 days. I called and asked how I return the merchandise.

I was told I could not do that. Then they sold or gave my credit card No. to 3 other companies. I started receiving merchandise from them. I called my bank and filed a complaint with them. The bank removed all but one charge. Which I am disputing.

The bank authorzed a new No. to me. Now they charged back 2 of the disputed amounts to my new number. I am 81 yo and dont have the time or knowhow to get this resolved. Please Help

I contacted the company and told them I did not want their product and was sending 2 bottles back to them. They agreed to credit my account the 79.00 x 2 or 158.00 dollars that they took over 2 months. Guess what I got another bottle in the mail couple of days ago. And my account was debited for 79.00. They will not stop taking money out of my account.

I ordered a free trial of the Pure CBD Tincture 100ng I received a bottle of Soft Gels 5 mg along with it and was charged $ 7.95 for shipping. I then received my Discover statement and found I was charged $69.95 for one bottle and $79.95 for the ither, I immediately callled the customer service number 1-855-901-0050nad told him my situation and and asked for a refund. He told me if I haden't opened the bottles I could send them back (not knowing if I'd get my money back, or not!}I stopped any further shipments.

I filed a dispute report with Discover but they said I'd have to contact them again I have not been able to contact them and the building they were in is up for lease!j Please help me!

This company is quite the rip off. They lure you in with a special trial offer and then unbeknown to the customer, they charge your bank account for what they call an agreement to for recurring service orders. A representative named Kathy with whom I spoke with informed me that by virtue of placing the order, I had agreed to the terms and conditions of recurring orders. You cannot send product back without a Return Authorization as if you do not only are you out the product but also your money! Total BS. My husband sent two bottles back with the packaging unopened and now we are basically screwed according to "Kathy" the representative on the phone. Beware that when you look this company up the address is in Utah. However, the packaging clearly shows an address in Nevada. Before we started receiving more bottles of this product, we were inindated with phone calls trying to get us to buy more and when we declined the bottles started coming at $70 bucks a pop. Do not be suckered in as we were. This company is a rip off and there is no real person to contact other than a call center. Run fast and far to avoid this company!!!

Ordered some samples and received them. Shortly after that almost $150.00 was taken from my checking account. I called and they said to return them. I did and that was on July 5th. They are still beating around the bush. I need my noney. Please help,

XDRIVE I was constantly being pursued to try the CBD OIL. And bcuz I have tried so many pills for my pain n nuthing seems to work....I finally gave in to try a free sample trial for the cost or charge of only $4.95 for shipping and handling ONLY. WELL I placed the order on the 4th of July 2017. I recvd the package on the 10th of July 2017. Haven't tried oil yet. Till this morning. First 15 drop dosage. Problem is that on Saturday the 15th of July I get a surprise charge out of my bank acct that only has $90 in it. And $80 of that $90 was taken by this company. Never once did I authorize that company to take $80 from my acct. Mind u as of that date I still had not tried the drops nor did I know that this company was the one that charged me bcuz the entry on my statement doesn't say XDRIVE....it said PCX*CHANGEANTIWRINKLE. SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND ON GOOGLE OR ANYWHERE ELSE ONLINE. I spent the whole weekend wracking my brain n suffering from pure numbness on my hand from excessive research everywhere. Well I by God grace found out by accident that it was this company was the ones that charged me without permission. I'm so upset. The customer service is so wonderful to place ur order but when u call for their mistake n to request a refund they told me if I opened the bottle I cannot get my $ back. Plz somebody help. I'm a single parent of an adult handicapped man n I work part time 4 to 12 hrs a week @ $ 9 hr. I barely make ends meet. I would never authorize for $80 to be taken from me for a product I hadn't even tried till today n also the fact that I puked it back up n now have stomach pain. Loss for words. Can sumbody help me? I placed an order for Pure CBD Oil and gel caps at a trial price of $5.95 & 1.95 on May 26, 2017. I received my order and 2 weeks later found two charges on my card for $79.95 & $69.95! Ten days later there were two more charges for the same amounts. Each charge on my bank statement had a different phone number so I called them all on July 1, 2017. They were all the same place. I spoke with 6 different individuals and was told by all that I was automatically charged the full price for them because I hadn't sent them back. Plus I was automatically enrolled in automatic monthly delivery although nothing ever said that. I requested that it be cancelled immediately and was assured that it was. The following two charges were for the next shipment which I never got. However in spite of my informing them that I never received it I was never the less told to return them and I would be refunded for that shipment only. I called my bank to notify them of the unauthorized charges and was informed that there had been yet another charge on July 3, 2017 for $69.95! I called the company yet again and was told that their records didn't show this charge so they weren't going to do anything about it. We got into a yelling match, I was again told to return the products and I again told them that I didn't receive any to return! They finally hung up on me. I have had to cancel my debit card as it being the only way to prevent more charges.

I saw this add on my e-mail about the wounders of canaboid oil ;it seemed harmless ;maybe beneficial,so I ordered a trial bottle. I thought that was all I ordered;until the company started sending more bottles of the oil & caplets.I tried calling to cancel & get the all busy 'call back later response from thier automated answer.also mailed back the merchandise with a note to refund & cancel any further orders.I also informed my bank & canceled my card.to prevent any further charges.I hope they credit my account. I mistakenly sent the first one back w/o a return reciept requested . Beware of these CBD oil pushers1

I "apparently" placed an order with "Health Services Answer in January 2017 who charged me $198.00 because they had put me into an auto delivery program I had not requested. I did not receive any product/shipment until June 2, 2017. The return address label listed the shipper/company as "X Drive".

I immediately called because I did not recall ordering anything from a company called "X Drive". Was informed I had ordered in January 2017 and was in their auto delivery program. I stated, since 5 months had erased my memory of placing this order, that I would accept this shipment (of their inferior product) and the charge of $69.96 plus shipping and tax. But I told them 1) to remove me from their auto ship program; 2) refund me the difference between the $198 they charged me in January less the amount of this one and one shipment.

They agreed to take me off their auto ship program an cancel my account BUT refused to refund me the difference.

Since I was, according to them, removed from their auto ship program and my account would be cancelled, screwed out of the balance of the initial $198 and the cost of this one and only shioment.

How can any company refuse to refund to products NOT YET SHIPPED? I feel they are carrying on deceptive business practices and believe it to be illegal not to refund for products/shipments not yet made.

I received a package today that I didn't order. I originally ordered the oil so my aunt could try it for her pain. Still have several bottles left. I didn't authorize this order or them charging my credit card $69.95. I called customer service a gentleman with a accent only gave me a RMA number and stated that I had to send it back to them before I could get a rufund back on my card. I asked for a postage paid slip he told me I only needed the RMA number and nothing else. He stated that it was automatic shipment when you purchased prior one's. I told him it didn't say that anywhere or I wouldn't have bothered and also told me I had to keep other 6 bottles I can't use. Please don't order from them it's a rip off.

On or about Feb. 8th I ordered cdb oil and colon cleanse product from this company. It was a Sample bottle that I ordered. I never opened the colon cleanse and called the company on March 2 to cancel my future orders on both..on March 3 my card was charged for the colon cleanse. I called the company and they told me the next order had been shipped and when I receive it I should return it for my refund.. It is now March 25 and it still hasn't arrived..I want to return my original order but they gave me a totally different address to return my product to..they claim they will refund my money I seriously doubt it..here is the address they gave me.. 500 N Rainbow Blvd suite 300 Las Vegas NV 89107...please help...

I ordered CBD oil several months ago. Last week another bottle came in the mail with a notice that my credit card had been charged $89. I did not order this bottle. I wanted to try the product to see if it worked for my pain, but I still have a lot left so would not have placed another order yet. When I tried to call their customer service number, when I selected the option to speak to someone about an order I received, both times I was put on hold for a short time and then the call disconnected. When I called back and selected the option to order more, someone answered right away. I told the gentleman in India that answered the phone that I did not order the product and wanted to return it. He gave me an RMA# and I asked to be provided return postage since I did not order the product. He claimed that their terms and conditions said that the product would automatically reship, but I know it did not say that because I have been burned by that before and specifically checked for that language in the terms and conditions. I know the individual I was speaking to knows nothing about the product or the website (which I can no longer locate on the Internet because they don't use the real company name), so I didn't bother arguing with him. I am returning the product and hope that they refund my credit card. I will follow up if they don't. I have now Googled Xdrive and found that they have many customer complaints filed with the BBB and 80% of their company reviews are negative.
