What A Rip Off......Do Not Use

Same as everyone else....thought I was only paying $4.95 for shipping and product was free....14 days later charged $92.92....I purchased this product because advertisement said Joanna Gaines from HDTV series Fixer Upper owned the company....found out today that is not true.....called customer service and was told that the most I could get was 1/2 of what I paid.....had to agree that I would pursue charges with my credit card company....after this email will be contacting BBB in California to file a complaint.....

ROYAL RIP OFF

Now they’re claiming that Prince Harry’s fiancé, Meghan Markle is the creator of Wrinkle Couture and it’s her secret weapon for remaining youthful looking with no signs of aging....oh,and the naughty wench has violated a “rule” of the Royal Family about owning and operating businesses and generating profits outside of Great Britain. What a ploy...guess it is supposed to enrage American women so they’ll buy “her” product....

I ordered online a free trial of wrinkle conture skin cream for $4.99 shipping. They also added the free trial of eye cream and added $9.99 for shipping. (I didn't order this eye cream. Less than a week and 1/2 they added a charge of $92.92 deduction from my Visa Debit Card! I called them -he was foreign but advised me I didn't call back in 9 days and they would not refund the $92.92. I told him nowhere did I see anything that said that. This is a scam!

They say you have two weeks to TRY, then ask for all your billing information and ask for agreement before sharing any other details in terms and conditions. Very misleading using Shark Tank as a way to build trust. Terms and conditions are two singles-spaced pages long in about. 5pt font with no headers to indicate you will be auto-billed or are agreeing to automatically buy. One of the paragraphs even says the Headers do not accurately indicate what is in the ensuing paragraph. Ten days later, I receive fraud notifications from my bank while I was out of the country and could not call to cancel, from companies I had never heard of. I needed access to my credit card while out of the country so could not claim fraud right away. When I called customer "care”, only after I said I would have to file a complaint was I offered a 50%refund. This "shady and tricky” vendor will make people distrust all legitimate vendors. Shame on you, Wrinkle Couture! Nothing shows results in 10 days!!!! Cost of actual product completely outrageous!

Same Experience

Had same experience as all the others. They will offer you free bottle, two free bottles, 35% off, 50% off, 75% off all after talking with supervisor each time. Just be calm and keep on saying that won't work. Finally I got a refund for eye serum. Had to call another number for wrinkle cream, she says not same company and only got 75% off. Now filing claim with credit card company for remainder.

I responded to an internet ad for wrinkle couture and eye serum on 10/18/17, it was for a 2 week free trial and I just would pay the shipping cost of $10.90 for both products. When they arrived and I tried them, I discovered that both products caused my face to become red with rash and an itchy rash around my eyes. I called on 10/31/17 to cancel the product before the 2 week trial was up and was told that if I wanted to cancel I would have to call back on 11/28/17 to do it. I asked if they would try to send me more product or charge my credit card and they said no they would not. Today I noted a charge from them on 11/2/17 for $89.95. I called 866-540-1476 to protest this charge since I had called them on 10/31/17 to decline subscription. The rep told me that I only called 866-540-1476 to cancel the wrinkle cream and the eye serum was a completely different phone number. This does not appear anywhere on the paper work I have received from them. The scam is you will be charged $89.95 for each product, and they will say you didn't call the correct number. Complete dishonesty and scam. Do not do business with this company.

On 8/21/17 they deducted $4.95 and $5,95 abd sent me the trial product, or so that's what I thought. On 9/04/17 they did an automatic deduction out of my account for the amount of $92.92 and $89.95. This was exactly 2 weeks from the first deduction. With the time for shipping, I didn't even have the 2 weeks to try the product and see if I liked it. So thinking that the last deduction from my account was to send another shipment of product. I wait until 30 days later and still no product. So on 10/03/2017 at 9:30 a.m. EST I called the number that was listed on my bank account entry for their deduction. A woman answers the phone as a Customer Service representative. I began my conversation by inquiring about the charge on 9/04/17. It was at that time that she explained to me regarding the charge covering the cost of the product that was shipped on 8/21/17.

I then asked for my account to be cancelled upon which I was told that $92.92 was already charged to my account for the next 30 days, although I was not yet charged for the $89.95. The charge of $92.92 posted on my account on 10/04/17. I was also told that it was too late for me to get my $92.92 refunded because it was already charged. I asked for them to reverse the charges. Her customer service consisted of repeating the story of how I signed up on 8/21/17 and so on and so on. I asked that no product be shipped to me and that the charges be reversed. Again she repeated her rehearsed speech. So I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Again, she repeated her rehearsed speech. Since I was not getting the satisfaction of speaking with some one with some type of authority or decision making ability, I asked if I should have my lawyer get involved. At that point she repeated he speech again and that was basically it. I proceeded to tell her that if any product was sent to me that I would be returning it without opening at their cost for shipping. She then ended the phone call.

So yesterday (11-1-1) I check my bank account and the $92.92 was not reversed and posted to my account. I called the company back. I explained to the Customer Service rep that my funds were not reversed and that I had also not received any product for the money that they deducted. She explained to me that I had signed up for a subscription and in order to have had that money reversed I would have had to call on 10/03/17, but that I had called on 10/04/17 in order to not be charged. Okay so I try asking her questions and she starts to explain to me the whole story again right from the beginning again just like the first rep I had talked to. So I ask her to stop so I can ask a question and she tells me that she notices based on my last call that I need to have my lawyer and my bank call so she can explain to them the details.

So what they are telling me is that I am not going to get anything for my money period. This company has one hell of a scam going. I have worked with subscriptions before and never had this kind of problem. What it tells me is that their product is not good enough to stand behind it.

This company advertises for a free trial of their eye & face products with only postage to pay of about $12. They send you the products and 3 weeks later they bill your credit card for rediculous prices for the products and then quickly bill you again for the full retail price of the products (nearly $200) because you did not call them within 14 days and cancel your ongoing subscribtion and return the product. By the time you know you are to cancel, they have already billed you. It is a rip off and false advertising - they can send me to collections if they want, I am not paying.

On 9-22-17 I saw a story on MSN News that comes to my inbox. The story talked about how Joel Olstein and his wife were leaving their ministry to invest in Wrinkle Couture. All earned money would benefit Hurricane Harvey vicitms. I signed up for their FREE sample plus a $4.95 shipping fee. Never was I asked to agree to the terms of a contract. I was just billed 183.00 and when I called to dispute the charge a woman named Monica was very combative and said that I did agree because they would not have shipped the sample product if I had not. They refuse to refund my money.

I looked on the actual website and read the Terms I supposedly agreed to. Just by browsing the website and/or ordering I agree to the terms and enter into a contract.

The confirmation email I received after placing the FREE SAMPLE order said nothing about having 14 days to cancel.

This company is very deceptive and should not get away with the shady tactics they use

This company keeps sending me products I did not order. They keep charging my credit card. They don't respond to any communication, and are rude on the phone.

This company advertises for a free Trial of their wrinkle cream and eye products with only postage to pay. Then they send you the products. You then get billed 3 weeks later an outlandish price for the products and quickly bills you again and sends out more products that you didn't authorise. By the time you get to them to cancell your account, they have milked you out of $365.74 in my case for two products.

This company advertise one thing but it is a bate and switch because what they send does not work as advertised. In less than 30 seconds to one minute, bags under your eyes are suppose to be erased as you watch it on their promo. This does not happen. As a matter of fact, nothing happens. The product they sent does absolutely nothing in improving my skin or my bags. Hemmorah cream works better. When you see the charge on your account, and call them, they refuse to give you a RMA number so you can return lthe product, stating that after the 10 day trial period you are charged the full amount for the product. Basically they try to rip you off for the full amount but eventually they offer take off from 31 to 50% off the product but still refuse to give you a return.number. This is a rip off on older people. At first I fail for the 50% off but having seen others had been suckered in like myself from the same company, I will see if my charge card company can handle this as a dispute. There should be a class action suit against companies who prey on the older retired citizens. Just another scam operation.

Wrinkle Contoure - Eye Contoure Po Box 25380 Santa Ana CA 92799-5380 Wrinkle Couture Anti-Wrinkle Complex 30ml – 30 Day Supply $0.00 Price $4.99 Shipping And Handling: $4.99TOTAL . Like others before me, this company advertise loosing bag under your eyes in seconds and then send what is supposed to be free samples of that product only to replace the advertised product with sometihing else that does not do the job you were suckered into buying , When you see a large charge on your credit card statement, and call they then state you should have read the terms. The terms were not evident nor was there any statements referencing/drawing your attention to the terms or conditions. The page I sent you to, shows the product to cost zero and only shipping and handling would be charged to your account. This is fraud as they seem to prey on older persons. They refuse to give the money back stating that after the 10 day trial period they do not take back returns and willl not issue the RMA number for returned items. The product does not work and is not what popped up on my computer as an advertisement.
