The car post purchased was towed to a place well known for vintage Bronco restorations just south of Denver called. What was delivered was in much different condition than what was effectively advertised. The car was billed as in very good condition, with no rot or mechanical issues. What I received was a car with severe rot in different sections of the body. Rot in the door pillars, sills, rockers, floor boards etc… By far and away, even to the untrained eye, most of the rot would have been visible to the untrained eye. To a professional consignor of cars… the rot would have been quite apparent, you could not have possibly missed it. The pictures that were taken somehow conveniently missed all of the rot spots (not to mention my in my conversations with WWVA they never mentioned, rot, engine issues, exhaust problems etc etc). The rot wasn’t the only issue. The engine, while running is in disrepair (wiring damage, timing issues, oil leaks).

The whole engine needs to be discarded or rebuilt. Interestingly enough, the dual muffler tail pipe is also cut leaving a foot long pipe extension that vents the exhaust into the cabin. We noticed hole in the floor when the exhaust vented up through the holes (which were again not disclosed) in the floor boards. Conveniently, The pictures sent by WWVA cut all these known defect out of the pictures. This company is unscrupulous buyer beware. Feel free to contact me for pictures of what was sold to me and what was received. You will truely be surprised....

Junk

I went down to see a few 4x4 pickups they had and was particularly interested on a 77 F150. When my son and I got there the passenger door on the Ford wouldn't even shut and the paint was horrible despite it looking great in photos. We looked at 6 other trucks while we were there and all were simply shined up junk. They have a great photographer obviously.

No mechanics bays or stations just shelves of satin black spray paint, Armor All and Raptor Bedliner. They just sugar coat the turds and hope for an online buyer.

Spot on.

I’ve been here a number of times. It is great fun to look, but the above review is spot on. I enjoy checking out the cars, but I am greatly concerned for anyone who buys from them without inspection. Nothing but polished tires here. I have purchased cars sight unseen over the years, most were as good as described, one had a few issues that were not disclosed, but not the end of the world. This place? Every car and truck I saw was absolute garbage up close. Obviously, their business model is to take pretty pictures, sell online/sight unseen, make their cash and then fall back on legal papers, and “customer had every right and opportunity to inspect before purchase”. I have no idea how they have good ratings on google, -or anywhere for that matter. Check their responses to the dozens of complaints on BBB.

I have not purchased a vehicle from them, but I honestly feel it is my civic duty to warn any potential buyer of this business and the junk they sell.

Bought a vintage vehicle from Worldwide Autos recently.

Asked questions on as much as one could, including, but not limited to the following:

Was not allowed to test drive vehicle although the engine was started only briefly as "fumes" were bothering the staff?

Is the odometer accurate? Answer was yes. However the odometer does not begin to turn.

Asked about the transmission. No problem was the answer given. Never noticed transmission oil nor engine oil on the floor as they wiped the floor everytime you turned away.

Asked about the brakes. The staff stated, as well as the written description, that the vehicle had power brakes. it was stated the brakes were in good working condition and would stop on a dime. In reality it is extremely hard to press on the brakes and the vehicle barely stops at all!!

The staff stated that they had replaced the battery. Well, thank you as the electrical system has a short in it! Battery dies overnight. Unbelievable.

The transmission is shot as it grinds and vibrates and barely shifts. This will need to be replaced at a high cost.

And the steering has a mind of it's own!

I could go on and on and on and on and on. But just read the other posts and you'll get a really good idea on the type of crooked business Worldwide Autos of Denver is and the unbeiievably disceptive, nauseating, and toxic consumer relations they practice.

Don't try to contact me Worldwide ,as in the other posts, your actions are just fluffy BS. You have no intentions of fixing the issue as this experience with Worldwide has shown nothing but true crookedness. Nothing honest, but rather extreme deceit.

The least I can do is warn others to shop elsewhere and to not trust this company as I stupidly did. Had I known these issues with the vehicle, I would not have bought it or at the very least I would have made a very low offer.

I purchased a 1993 Ram 250 Diesel with 110K miles on 7/17/2022. Now I take full responsibility for not going to look in person at the truck. If I had, I would not have purchased it.

I foolishly trusted the salesman. I asked if the 110K miles was actual and he said it was. He lied. The truck arrived with a dead battery. The driver for the carrier said it must have been sitting for a while. When I asked for a discount from the sales rep, he said it has been listed for less than 14 days.

The pic of the truck I think were slightly photo shopped to cover up some of the rust that was painted over. You can plainly see the overspray of the body rust on closer inspection. I think this was the reason that the pics of the truck were taken down so quickly.

The underside was given a gloss black paint to cover up a multitude of rust and wear. There is no way that this truck had 100K miles. Mechanicly the manual transmission shifted very hard and there is a lot of clutch noise.

The transmission is covered in oil. Many wires are frayed and exposed in the engine compartment and the K&N air filter has not been cleaned probably since new. It was black with oil and dirt. I am trying to contact a manager, but they won't answer my calls. I could list more but I just received the truck. I would strongly recommend not purchasing a vehicle form Worldwide Vintage Autos.

Buyers Beware

This place sells nothing but junk. Their business model is clearly to prey on the trusting long distance customer. I’m no expert, but have been a car guy my entire life. I’m 55 and have owned dozens of classic cars. Vettes, Vipers, Camaros, Chevelles, Blazers, Jeeps, and Broncos. I have been to this place a number of times just to look. Most vehicles look good from 6-10’ away, but as soon as you get close or open a door, you’ll notice that up close, they are all junk. It is great fun to look, but I can’t help but to feel sorry for anyone who buys anything from this place. The pictures online look great. The salesmen will tell you everything is good or great, but the truth is - everything they sell is over-priced junk.

I feel It is my civic duty to do what I can to help warn people about this place and their dishonest, un-American Business practices. Buyer Beware!

I recently, only a few days ago, purchased a 1985 Chevrolet diesel pickup truck from Worldwide Vintage Autos in Denver, Colorado. Their website showed a video of the pickup truck running. I have never before purchased a vehicle sight-unseen and knew I was taking a chance based on some negative reviews. But, salesman Ryan Corrick assured me the truck was in basically good condition. When the truck arrived, both of the inexpensive Walmart batteries were not only very old, they were both completely dead and the truck had to be jump started by the transporter. A quick visual inspection of the engine compartment revealed that the truck had been completely rewired by the previous owner.

After getting the truck home, I tested the batteries to find they were completely discharged although both had water in them. I hooked up the first battery to an 8 amp slow charger and it took about four hours to charge. After that, I hooked up the second battery and it never fully charged after about five hours; in fact, the battery got so hot it could not be touched. After an hour or so, both batteries were once again completely discharged and the truck would not even turn over.

The next day, I jumped started the truck and took it to a mechanic who specializes in electrical issues and he informs me that the vehicle has been incorrectly wired, there is a short in the system which could potentially melt wires and cause a fire. He says he can repair it, but it could take days to trace the short and replace the wiring and any other damaged parts because the vehicle has been completely rewired.

The vehicle was downstairs under my house when it was on the charger and had it caught fire, it could have burned the house down, placing my family's lives in danger. Worldwide Vintage Autos and Ryan Corrick NEVER disclosed this electrical issue even though I had communicated with them numerous times and specifically asked about the electrical system. They obviously knew of this dangerous defect and never disclosed it. Because of this, I can not recommend buying a vehicle from them; they are not only dishonest, they have put the lives of my family in danger. They are beyond reprehensible and should be shut down.

Requested information on mustang listed on ebay. saw several mustang with vin originally a 6 cyl car. One in particular the vin showed as an original 2 door coupe, 6 cyl car being sold as a fstback v-8. I asked if this was being disclosed as such. no response. this is intentional misleading if not fraud to unknowing/unsuspecting potential buyers. photos and VINs are on ebay with the advertised vehicles.

I purchased a 87 grand national which was said to have the following issues.

first i asked for a lower price which was granted in email. from 24,000 to 20,900. After all the paper work was done and the shipping dept advised i had to pay for shipping i got worried. i thought my price was including shipping since the final wasnt the 20,900 price. I called and text Barry the sales woman and it said that since the docs where signed there was nothing he could do. interesting. this is very shady business practice. So i paid an additional 650 dollars for shipping. Now what i was told by Barry was the only issues was

1. Rock chips

2. Torn window moldingrip off.

When the car arrived i noticed a horrible exhaust smell, rust/cancer in a few spots, and the t-tops where glued in shut!

i asked Barry what the heck was going on with this car that he promised to be an amazing car etc etc.

Barry advised to send photos and he will see what he can do and to get estimates. So i took the car to a Grand National professional to examine the car. On the drive there i began falling asleep and felt very tired for some weird reason. I get to the specialist and the review the car and find the following

cracked exhaust manifolds

cracked turbo down pipe and complete rotted exhaust system, they even put aluminum duct tape around the mufler to cover the giant hole in the muffler!

drive shaft dry rotted

brake line rusted

power steering leaking

i sent Barry the reciepts for the t-top repair and the exhaust/drive shaft/brake line repair estimating under 5000 dollars. Barry then says he can issue me 500.00!! So he burned me on my 1500.00 price break from the beginnig of the deal. He lied about the issues with the car. The exhaust smell was very noticable and so was the glue on the t-tops.

Buyers beware of these crooks! i could have bought a better car locally for thousands of dollars cheaper! Do not take their word for anything. If you want a car from there hire someone to examin the car!

Expert ripoff artsts, they do a wonderful job of photographing the vehicles and have videos on their website that give you a false comfort level that every car goes through a safety check and mechanical check to insure that safe roadworthy cars are being sold. They want you to get in turn the key and enjoy your classic car. Nothing could be further from the truth.

They have other videos that encourage you to call them and discuss the particular car and they can share details about it for you to make a decision. They boldly just flat out lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. The pictures will not tell you if the car leaks oil like a sieve, and that the electrics don't work, or that the brakes are useless.

When you specifically ask them questions like "does the car leak any fluids? they just say no, knowing that they are covered in their disclosures under a used "as is" car. I asked them if there were any serious rust issue under the car. "no" just surface rust...the rocker arm which is basically part of the frame on a monococh car was completely rusted out. Absolutely none of the electrics worked. They had the car where it would start, would not hold a charge on the battery. and that was it. Speedometer didnt work, no brake lights, no turn signals, no tach, no horn, nothing.

The brakes pulled severely to the left and then faded immediately. A total death trap. Do yourself a favor and don't have anything to do with these cheats. Complete frauds and misrepresentations at every level. They have changed their names several times, and pose as these good community folks. Complete farce.

Lipstick pigs is what they are selling, and have been getting away with it for some time. They are so good at it that the State of Colorado will be just as useless as they are if you think you are going to get any relief from a fraud standpoint.

I bought a 1965 Chevy C10 from these con artist for $16900.00 for one big hunk of junk. Not just part of the truck. They had their delivery guy deliver it for $450.00 and then he tried to get more money for the delivery after it got here. I've driven this piece of junk for 1/4 mile yes I said 1/4 of a mile. It was absolutely the biggest piece of junk that I've had the opportunity to set behind the wheel. They made it look impressive with their BS photos and their Bs statements they wrote about the truck. Not one time did I hear this vehicle was anything but outstanding. Greg the sales guy only told the truth to me one time. I ask the question is it road worthy enough to drive it back to Phoenix and his statement I wouldn't trust it until I've spent sometime with it. The piece of junk was represented with a 427 Chevy engine in it and all the 427 badging on it. So I ask Greg to send me the engine numbers.

When I researched it it came back as a 454 marine boat application engine block. Gregs statement was it was sold to us like that. As I started looking into truck more the only thing half way good was the paint job. It had body rust on several parts of the truck including cancer rust that was half a*s done. In fact front fenders are junk. The bed on the truck tubbed out with a/c duct work metal about 28 gauge and the wood is completely removed and sheeted in flat part of bed for a solid floor. Then the bed was covered over with carpet to hide this half a*s repair. The next part about bed it's only held on with 4 bolts 3/8" in diameter. What a joke! The bed might stay on until about 40 mph but the other sad part is engine wouldn't run that fast because it to is a piece of junk. Transmission 400 turbo fits into the class of junk. Front suspension brakes etc is the worst I've seen on any vehicle in my life. The suspension pops moves and absolutely has 0000 for stability. Brakes pull constantly to the right and pops and cracks when applied. Took the wheels off what a joke. Drums drilled out to fit wheel studs cracked and you name it's wrong on all 4 wheels. I have engine and trans pulled out for new assemble to install. I have a new front suspension assembly complete to put in plus a complete rear differential to install in it. Now I ask you does that sound like an over priced piece of s--- advertised as a great truck to own. After about $20,000.00 more of my money it will be. I'm a pretty good mechanical engineneer without the degree and also I'm a very mechanical person with anything. These people should be made to pay me back and pay back the customers they ripped off. Put their asses out of business and pay retribution. CROOKS! James Waddell Arizona

Purchased a jeep 79cj7 supposedly restored with stated certain tires . I live in Delaware and did not see the vehicle in person . When I received the vehicle the tires were different than advertised (35" tires are expensive ) and the car after inflating the tires once would not go over 20mph Nor would the car drive straight It veered right and off the road if not forceably turned left Turns out the axle was rotated wrong it was re welded The ball joints were broken on the front tires The trains mission shift did not work the transfer case did not work and the "custom speaker " system never turned on The battery was also dead . . I have spend 7k fixing these issues i contacted the dealer and they offered $500 sayin g these problems were not present on their lot So they are basically stating the car courier (it was transported to Delaware from Colorado) moved the axle Changed the tires, drained the battery somehow welded the axle and rotated it ( he must have had a portable welding machine while driving) broke the ball joints and transmission line ... They must think The general public is stupid enough to believe their nonsense They offered $500 with a disclaimer that I could not then post anything negative about the transaction. I tore that offer up And will continue to tell the truth about this pathetic unprofessional And totallly unethical dealer Do not deal with them ever you will be wasting your hard earned money

Me and my wife came into a little money, and wanted to buy the classic of our dreams. We did our homework and looked for a few weeks and finally settled on a 73 camaro z28 from worldwide vintage auto. Now we live in Massachusetts and the dealership is in Colorado, im a disabled man and cannot travel that distance without problems. So we called and talked them and explained my disability situation and couldn't make it to Colorado to see it before purchasing. We were told there's no warranties or guarantee's, but that they will guarantee that the pics and explanations are true. So we trusted in them and purchased the car. When the car finally got here it was raining, and the first thing we realized is that the windows are stuck open and the wipers dont work. When i finally got it in my garage i realized the horn doesn't work, the blinkers don't work and the reverse lights don't work. The only electrical that worked were the headlights and tail lights. We contacted worldwide vintage auto and explained to them our concerns on the car and was asked to send pics, if possible, and explanations of the problems, which we did. Now we would have thought after paying 22,000 on this car there would have been some concerns on there part for all these issues, but to our surprise we were told they would give us 250 if we signed a document agreeing not to put in a complaint. I told them to me that's a slap in the face and shows that they are not concerned about anything. I did not take the offer and proceede to tell them that we already spent a couple thousand on parts, and found out that the car would need a new wiring harness becouse the one in the car is from a late 80's vehicle, so nothing i bought for a 73 camaro would connect to the harness, and since im disabled i have to pay to get all this work done. This cost be anywhere from 5 to 6,000 to order all parts and have them put in. They counter offered 1000 dollars after telling them all this and was told its all there going to offer. I didn't take this offer because its not worth keeping my mouth shut about worldwide's treatment of me and the car. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I told them i thought 2500 was fair to me, considering what i have to pay to get this car legal. If we were told the truth about this car, we would have never purchased it

I bought a 67 Chevy k10 and it was advertised as a rebuilt 350 engine with only 22k miles on rebuild.after driving it a few times I noticed a lot of oil leaks,I thought why is so much oil leaking if the engine was rebuilt. Long story short the rear main seal was the biggest leak so before I bought parts for it I checked the engine code stamped on the motor and it verified that it was a 283engine not a 350.I called them to get some money back and the only thing they offered after many no returned phone calls was 350 dollars to pay for parts to fix the oil leaks myself!I forgot to mention that the 283 motor is the original motor and by what I can tell has never been rebuilt which explains all the oil leaks. They should not be allowed to get away with this kind of business. If you are a consumer think twice before buying from this company. If anyone out there would like to help me resolve this I would appreciate the help

I purchased a 1948 Chevy 5 window pickup truck from World Wide Vintage Autos in February 2013 .......

This truck was advertised on Ebay, the posting stated that the truck was a recent complete frame off restoration including the motor. included with this posting were numerous photographs, by all accounts and repeated acclaim as to the condition of the truck i decided to buy it. I paid $16,900 pluse $1,200 for a enclosed shipping transporter. On the day the truck arrived it would not start and had to be pushed off the hauler . I jumped the chevy and decided to drive it around the block. i knew after shifting out of second gear and hearing the sound of screeching metal on metal at this point i knew i was in trouble .

Jump forward March 2016, Replaced

!. Drive Shaft

2. Rear end

3. engine that was advertiused freshly rebuilt

4. carbs

Total repairs as of date $ 7000.00 plus and i havent even driven this truck yet . if anyone see's or thinks about buying a car from world wide vintage auto, "STAY AWAY " there story is the always the same. Newer restoration , clean, amazing, etc.etc. these guys do a quick makeover on their vehicles and sell them as purported restorations as if someone else did the restoration . Look at their advertisements and draw your own conclusion, I wish I did my homework.

Company described truck as good running 350 auto. It's a manual that needs jumped daily to start. Choke falls on the floor when pulled. Windshield wipers don't shut off, just runs constantly. Ignition is broken. Heater is gone. This truck is more or less a complete mis representation of what I paid for. Poor follow up by everyone at worldwide vintage auto. Planned on buying other trucks from them but now I'm done with a heartless company.

Company sold me a 1965 Austin Mini cooper. car arrived filthy with bondo all over the floor. hood once opened shattered

and completely cracked with sticky glue and paint. Brakes barely working, brakes lock, car skids, took almost 1000 feet to stop, emergency brake not working came loose and almost ran over my 9 year old son.

They do not return calls, only txt and reversed blame back on me. They take zero responsibility, then claim

I was harrassing them because I kept trying to get someone to contact me, they never returned my calls. These are scary people, both owners are trust fund babies who could care less about their customers, very nice and slick when you are there to buy, but once deal is signed your on your own. Please help as I am looking for an atttorney!
