Worldwide Express Reviews

  • Dec 1, 2016

World Wide Express is a 3rd party logistics company which poses itself as UPS representatives (They're not). They will promise access to negotiated rates (which won't happen), because they pose themselves as a national wholesaler of UPS services (they're not). They in themselves will ask for account access to conduct a cost analysis (which won't happen). In reality, they take invoices of our shipment history, then pose themselves as a 2% cheaper solution with their "negotiated rates" (they're not) and WWE will promise to lock down on this year's rates before any cost increases (they estimate as 5%) which occur in the future. To even see their negotiated rates requires signing a customer authorization (you'll pay to even see the cost of their services), and then giving your credit card information to begin the service.

WWE will insist on a gentleman's agreement for terms because of their services are an easy cancellation (they're not) and they will hide behind actual costs. They insist UPS charges $14.50 for each pickup (they don't), but is actually WWE's daily surcharge for their services, and of which UPS doesn't actually arrive for a scheduled pickup.

WWE promised a UPS account with negotiated rates (which won't happen). Instead they'll open a normal UPS retail account (which can be verified through UPS.com). Then they'll say to ignore the UPS invoices/costs because they'll rebate those to achieve an wholesale price (which won't happen). 15 days later you'll happen to pay the full UPS retail invoice amount on top of their daily $14.50 fee.
