I ordered a lightsaber as well. It came in 20days but the quality is horrible It actual value must be less than a dollar. The lightsaber they sent to me from China is cheaply made soft plastic not even close to 34.69usd I paid for or solid material that they claimed the lightsabers are made of. I'm trying to get money back from PayPal now.

Bought a flat iron after seeing a video on FB. Received it within the correct time frame, but the product is a disgrace! 1. It doesn’t look anything like the one from the video; 2. It feels as cheap as shit; 3. It will not get hot for nothing in this world; 4. I’ve seen the same straightener video IN OTHER FB ADS. The exact same video, which makes me think that this product is NOT LEGIT, just a cheap crappy knock off of the real thing, probably made inside someone’s basement with slave child labour. This is seriously the shits, and these scammers need to be reported. If you look at their FB page, there’s a fake picture of their “Canadian Outlet”, which you can totally see that it has been photoshoped so that the façade says: WOOFIXY “Stroe”. I’m not even joking... they are so dumb that they misspelled the word “store” on their fake Canadian outlet. Summarizing my experience: don’t buy from these punks!

While the package was late, and after reading opinions here, I got scared i asked them in email about deley and they said that they would do anything to refund my order in case it didn't arrive. I did that also because this shop looked suspicious as there were no more any products related to what I ordered and my shipment got stuck for a week somewhere in China. But finally everything was OK.
I ordered the miracle windshield scraper and haven't gotten it. I went to the website and it is no longer available. So i am guessing i won't be getting my money back?
We found out about this company because the BUG-A-SALT CEO, was served a video advertisement on Facebook using our IP (intellectual property) from WOOXIFY.
The illegal video commercial using our BUG-A-SALT gun (including footage from our office!) directed folks to WOOXIFY (they call it salt & pepper eliminator - but its clearly a BUG-A-SALT gun). We have contacted WOOXIFY and can not verify where they obtained our product from (or the video they are using to sell it).
We suspect this company is buying illegal BUG-A-SALT guns and importing them from China (from a bootleg factory = horrible quality). Its also possible, they are drop shipping (and over-charging) consumers for our product (which is a really poor way to treat our customers and our brand).
Please buy cheaper from one of our legitimate wholesale retailers or purchase from our website bugasalt.com! Don't get ripped off!
I spent $15+shipping for a magnetic wrist strap. On their website they say the it take 1-3 days for order processing then 7-10 business days for delivery. I have not received my product and it has been 10 days since my order and it still has not shipping. I have also contacted this company via the email address they provide on their website and they have yet to contact me regarding this. I have also tried to contact them via their Facebook page but still nothing. They have alredy taken my money out of my banking account.
