I purchased a wolf dog puppy KUNA from Kimberly Ball over a year ago. She required that I send her the money (USD $2400.00 including flight) right away and she totally scammed me. She told me KUNA died, gave me litter choice for the next puppy, then said the airlines changed conditions and she couldn’t fly the puppy out at 8 weeks anymore. She said later on that the second puppy supposedly started biting out of fear. Finally, my neighbours (who were visiting Arizona) offered to pick up my third choice AKELA on their way home but Kimberly refused to give them the puppy I had chosen. Her excuse at this point was that she was scared the pup would get confiscated at the border (despite the fact I checked with a number of border authorities who said there would be no issues). Kimberly Ball said she would refund me my money but no surprise … of course, no money. Just more excuses of her being sick and finally ignoring my emails altogether. I acted reasonably and promptly, was understanding of her situation and never got mad until now! I reported her at the local RCMP station and hope to get this stopped and my money back! As more I search as more stories very similar to mine I find. Please feel free to contact me if that happened to you as well! [email protected]. The way she is handling her business is way beyond unprofessional! It is DISHONEST & CRIMINAL!!!

Kim required that we send pics of our family, dill out extensive paperwork and deposited 1,900.00 into her account. That was 8 months ago. No puppy no response. My kids are heart broken. Never thought that we would be scammed by someone like this. She says that she is sick and in debt. All in all, she took our money, spent it won't pay us back or give us a pup. I guess we will end up in court. Not going to let her get away with this. We planned a vacation last summer around picking up this puppy. When we were there she she wouldn't even meet us and just said the dog was sick and we could not even see it. She has made it clear that she has no intention of working with is. I fell that we have been very patient. Time to take action.

I read your review about your issues with Kimberly Ball! Unfortunately after she scammed me too. I reported her at my local RCMP Station since I am from Canada but I also called the Cedar City police station phone 435 586 9445, unfortunately they seemed not very interested in this (probably because I am from Canada) but I am sure if more people calling and reporting her we can't be ignored for ever! I just hate seeing her getting away with this, especially for so long!

I started leaving comments on her Facebook page about what happened to me to warn others and she threatened to sue me. Since social media and her web page is her way to reach potential buyers I feel like this is my only option to have an effect on her. I reported her page but she already changed her name and continues.

Kim Ball aka (Wolfhuskypup.com) promises wolf/dog pups then steals your money and never provides dog. She will then claim she is sick and can't pay you back because she has to many doctors bills............beware.

We have been working with Kim for the last 4 months on a wolf puppy. We paid her $1000 for a puppy that supposedly was a husky, malamute, and small percentage wolf. She asked us to prepay to make sure that we had our puppy reserved, which we did 4 months ago.

We have been trying to get a hold of her to see pictures of the puppies, and she barely sent us pictures a month ago. These were the puppies from the litter that we had supposedly reserved a puppy from.

She told us that the breeder was located in Utah, and we asked her if we could go and check the breeder and the puppies since we were in Utah for the weekend. She took forever to respond and then she told us that we could not see the puppies because the breeder was afraid of viruses that could contaminate the litter. We, being naive and excited about our new baby, believed her.

Fast forward to this last week, we had asked her for more pictures and updates on the puppies and when we would be able to pick ours up, and she just told us that she could not give us the puppy because of issues with the breeder. And she could not refund the money!!! The option she gave us was to wait until August for the next litter.

This is a scam people, so don't make the same mistake we did but STAY AWAY!!! She is extremely unprofessional, she could not care less about the puppies or her customers. All she cares about is to get your money, and after that, you are on your own!

We are very dissatisfied, and heartbroken, because we really really wanted our puppy and were extremely excited to have him in our home this month! Don't waste your time, and avoid youself the dissapointment. We should have known better than to trust this person, but sometimes, you just want to give people the benefit of the doubt, and believe the best. Our best advice is to stay away!

This site is a scam and the owner is fraud. As a breeder I would move on and look for a new site, DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS SITE, all Kim does is take your money, use for herself and than deny you teh refund she offered.

I had contacted Kimberly (owner of wolfhusky pups) via email on April 29, 2017 in regards to a newsletter she had sent regarding a litter of puppies. According to the newsletter this would be her last litter, after that she would be closing the site and no longer selling puppies. After filling out an application, she informed me if I pay in full I would get third pick in the upcoming summer litter. My husband and I agreed to pay the $2500 to secure our spot.

According to her site after securing our spot we should have been in contact with the breeder and given updates about the progress of the litter. This did not happen. I emailed Kim one a month asking for updates and was told there were none. As summer came, I asked her if our litter had been born, she said it had not. In August we still did not have our puppy but litter had been born. I asked her if this was our puppy, she responded via text with No and stated that Utah litter was taking longer than planned. This did not make sense because the puppies were due in the summer. She asked if we wanted to switch litters to the Florida litter that was recently born. She said that we would have fourth pick of this litter. This recent contact was done through text messages. We agreed.

Since the litter was born we asked to be in contact with the breeder so we could secure a time to go meet and pick a puppy. She continued to avoid giving us information. She made excuses and would not put us in contact with the breeder. We continued to ask her questions via text messages. We expressed that on her site it states that if you paid in full you would have contact with the breeder as to secure your puppy and to choose the puppy you wanted. On September 20, 2017 she offered us a refund, stating that we were not happy and that she wanted to make everyone happy. On September 21, 2017 we accepted the refund. She stated we would be refunded in two weeks via text on the same day we accepted the refund.

There is one exception to the NO refund policy. The breeders and site owner reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime for any reason. If the breeder or site owners cancel the sale You will be refunded via the payment method in which you used for your purchase.

This beacame the starts a of a string of very many lies regarding our refund, she stated within 2 weeks, it changed to when I sell your spot, than she asked for payments, than when I sell 12 puppies, that turned to 18. Than she needed to sell her car, she offered various dates of payemts with no payemnts ever happening. We of course told her we would take legal action. Below you are going to find the "KIM" excuses. These are actual emails she sent to us.

Hi. I hope you are doing ok. I know your husband wants the refund now but I have to tell you I have $40 to my name. I have been so sick lately and havent sold 1 thing in 2 weeks. Until I sell your actual spot I cannot refund. On normal sales I make as little as $200 which means I would have to sell 12 puppies to refund you out of my own pocket. I know you are tired of dealing with me. Believe me I would be too. This year has been the worst in my life. I know you do not want to hear excuses but I am at a point where if I cannot catch a break there is no hope. Between being so sick, having a family member die, and have 2 breeders mess things up very bad then leave me to deal with the buyers. Its bad. So bad that I wanted to give up the other day. But I am going to still try to fix this mess. I need time. If you will take a puppy the flight date will be 2 weeks from this Friday. If you need a refund then I cant give an exact date only that I will do everything I can to get you refunded within 4 weeks. I know this is frustrating but I am seriously on the verge of giving up. I am still fighting to make everything right but I need some understanding and compassion. Please understand that if you go online and bash me or do anything that will cost me sales It will be that much harder to make money to refund you or to get your spot sold if that is what you choose. I am at a point where I am just going to put it all out there and be honest and upfront to see if I can fix these problems. Please let me know if you will work with me on either taking a baby in 2 weeks or giving me time for the refund. I was supposed to have already shut down the sites puppy sales because I am so sick and could get disability to focus on my health but I cannot shut the site down until everyone has their puppies or refunds. I am trying here. Please work with me.

We did try to work with her, agreeing to payemt plans, extending the time, but the excuses continued. We than noticed the puppies were off her site, from the litter she offered us.... Her response

I have not. I banned her from my site. Its breeders like her that are the reason I have so many problems right now. I took ALL of her pups off my site. I am not trying to cheat you or lie to you. I have told you everything and everything I have said is the truth. She is a dishonest breeder who is not complying with my rules and not helping me with the refund. So all of her pups came down, every single one. So it will be on me to refund you in full without any help from her. I do not understand why you keep thinking I am trying to do something wrong to you, its just the opposite I am trying to do the right thing. So please stop trying to find a reason to be rude to me and understand I am going to refund you out of my own pocket with no help from anyone. Did you really think I sold 18 puppies overnight?

First of all you having someone email me does nothing for you. Sue me, I have nothing to give. If you want to be a jerk about it the contract you signed SAYS NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All I have to do is provide you a blue coat pup that you paid for which I will do if you want to be a jerk about it. I already explained the entire situation to you. I have NO MONEY. So again you can have anyone you want write me or try and bash me on the internet that is just going to make it so I stick to the contract you signed and provide you a pup. Seriously, you can sue me, I have nothing. I wont even have a car pretty soon because I was trying to sell it to pay you off. I mean really? Or you can chill out with the threats. And I will pay you as I get it. I already asked twice for your Venmo because I was sending a payment over. So its your choice. Be a jerk, threaten me and I will stick to the contract YOU SIGNED AGREEING TO NO REFUNDS. Or work with me and I will send you payments starting today.

We sent her our information, never recieved a payment that day. Than she offered to pay us a few days later, we waited... and finally we reached out again, this is the response we recieved.

I am not ignoring you but I have nothing to say except I do not have any money yet. You can see on the site I havent sold nothing in weeks.

Yet in previous emails she stated different information, I had to email, text and call, to get any response. I tried to work with her, we tried payment plan ideas, just something to show she actually intended to pay us back. We finally realized she had no intention to pay us back, so I told her I would be making this public so everyone can see who sells their puppies and who they are buying from. She is a thief, she took our money and used it, she provided us no information, and continued to ignore us when we asked to make conatct with the breeder. She has no money but is breeding her own puppies, which will be the best puppies, like what we were told when we purchased our puppy in April. I am warning this is not the business it was this is a SCAM, she will take your money and spend it, her no refund policy benefits her alone.

Like I told you before you can threaten me all day. Doesnt make it change the fact I have no money. Havent sold anything. I even put my car up for sale but havent had any luck there. You backed out of a contract where you agreed to NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. I was and have been doing everything to work with you even though you were FULLY aware of our rules. I have on multiple occasions offered to fulfill our agreement by offering a puppy which you deny. So if you want a refund you will have to wait til its possible or take whatever action you feel neccessary and if thats what you want to do all I am obligated to do is get you a pup.

The threat is to sue her for our money. She does not care about wolf dogs! If you want to give away your money to a person is not mentally stable, than by all means purcahse a puppy here!

There are better sites, sell and buy elsewhere. This is who this woman really is!

I paid for a puppy, the day of pick up they told me it died and that they would find me another puppy they kept promising me dogs but I never got one.

I paid in full for the puppy so I was promised another puppy which i also never got and then a third puppy which I never got. I threw pay pal but by the time i told them it was a scam it was to late, they did help me get my money back. I later found out threw the breeder of the puppy that I original paid for that the puppy never died and wolfhuskypups.com sold the dog to three different people. I just hope this never happens to anyone else, the worst part is every time they promised me a puppy she would send me picture of it.

Looking for people who may seemingly have issues with Wolfhuskypups. Currently still trying to solve an issue with Kim but cant get her to answer specific questions or agree to certain terms after receiving a sick puppy that has passes the rainbow bridge. We tried to solve it with her but seemingly are not able to get a proper response from her. If you are a buyer she seems really quick in responding but not so much when you have issues. She seemingly has major personal issues going on, which may be heartbreaking and understandable but she is still running a business. We are very patient people but are getting to a point where it may seem necessary to let actions speak versus having a heart for her situation. In this means we are looking for buyers that had/have issues with her in any means or even have lost their babys, like us. We are looking to gather information and people to go forward with necessary steps. The more people/verifiable info we can get, the better. Currently we have info from Florida/St.Louis/Wyoming. Please dont hesitate to reply. We so far have given her a fair chance to solve our issue, but ignoring, not replying or being mad at us is not solving it. She receives full payment for her services and and we require the same in return.

May 20 2015 paid through PayPal $1960.30 to AB exotic pets, also known as legend, also [email protected] , was a rare blue coat hybrid wolf pup. Pup was to be born in September per AB exotic pets. Heard noting from them on pup, after many emails without any reply, received email saying one pup was sick so pups would not be sold. Did not offer refund or other pup. Months later offered to fly pup from Florida or refund, no pup no refund.now no response from them at all. Rip off
