I have detailed time stamps of every email sent back and forth trying to get "Mayer" to help us work out bugs. At NO TIME did he offer any other help than instructions that did not work. I went to the wordpress.org and looked at the reviews and apparently we are not the only ones that were suckered by this buggy software.
At 30 days we asked "Mayer" to refund our money or provide a solution. He did neither. Two weeks went by ans STILL performing his recommendations with multiple developers Wiziapp still has not functioned correctly. We have repeadetly asked for refund which he has denied.
This is a terrible business practice. We are a high profile agency that was simply seeking an out of the box software to use with wordpress and Wiziapp failed on all levels.
Here is his uneducated and rude remarks in response to multiple legitimate requests to fix the issue: Refund - Only and Only, if you will work with us and answer our questions, if you refuse, your dishonesty will speak in any relevant dispute body.
I don't even know what it means. It is obviously not professional and an overseas solution.
