They claim if you pay more to "expedite" it they will complete it faster. i shipped my harness off to them april of 2021, After a year they state "We are still working on pin deoxidation; questioned about the ETA, they hide behind, we can not supply that information, because i paid for the bronze reestoration,but if i wanted to pay more money (extortion) that it would be pushed up to the front of the line, adn then they could supply an ETA. my customer did not want to pay more and was tired of waiting, so after 17 months i requested my old stuff back, waited another 45 days I finally got mine back and all they did was distroy it so that I cannot get it repaired elswhere. after receiving the left over pieces, all my connectors are dirty, there is no way they have "deoxidized" even one connector. In the state they were returned, to me, there was no way they could have returned it back by the 24 month deadline restored. they hide behind a 17 page egreemant, in which yes it does state, they have 24 months to deliver your restored harness, this company is a money extorting scam, unless you choose to pay for the gold package from the get go, judging by the customer service i got, i really dont believe they could still deliver on time. a waste of 18 months of time and money,
