Window Wholesalers, Inc. Reviews

  • Feb 11, 2017

I purchased 8 replacement windows from Mitch, the "professional salesman" who was friendly and informative until I signed the contract for the purchase and install of the windows. First off, the installers he uses are strung -out drug addicts who have no respect for the customers' property. While installing the windows, there was excessive damage to the newly installed window trim and sill that I installed about 3 months ago. Upon inspection of the installed windows, I noticed gashes on the sill and demanded it be fixed. The installer came the next day to putty the gashes and he used a heat gun to make the putty dry quicker.

Well, the idiot melted the frame on the new window and was told I'd have to wait 7-10 days for a new window. In the meantime, I continued my inspection of the new windows I ordered, according to the sales contract, and I noticed the sticker on the window specified a different model than what I paid for.

The windows installed are low-grade windows but I ordered top -of-the-line windows, according to Mitch. Mitch disputed my claim and told me he was gonna sue me for "defamation" because of my honest review of his horrible work. At this point, Mitch told me he WILL NOT replace the damaged window frame that his installer caused UNTIL I get a lawyer.

Mitch is very manipulative in his wording and makes you think twice about filing a complaint because he claims he has a lawyer. All I asked was for the install to be correct and to get the windows I paid for but I didn't. Now, I have to seek a lawyer to drag this scam artist into court because Mitch WILL NOT provide me with proof of the windows I purchased compared to the windows that were installed. Mitch is very combative and uses threats to deter you from proceeding to small claims court. Mitch puts his "wealth" before his customers and this guy needs to be locked away for stealing the trust and money of his customers. BUYER BEWARE!
