While having Windhaven Insurance, I was overcharged monthly at least fourty dollars. Not knowing better i kept this company for about eight months. At the eight months, i attempted to call to pay my bill, with no way of reaching the company. The business line was repeatedly hanging up. After giving up i decided to find another car insurance provider. Two months passed and the company finally called for a payment. I told the woman the lines were not working and she required me to pay a large late payment, which i refused. I told this woman i was going to another provider and wasn't interested in the company. Two months after this, I was deducted, 192.00 from my checking account without authorization. After my policy is already canceled. This company is having problems so im struggling to receive my money. I do not reccomend this company to anyone.
