Regina quinn is a poor business woman. She is disorgnaized and cannot maintain her website and at times her online scheduler. On several occasions i had appointments with regina quinn - she cancelled the appointment 30 minutes prior. This is after i texted, emailed and messaged her on facebook the week leading up to my appointment. She did have a legitmate excuse but could not comprehend the inconviece she caused me by not making sure i was aware of her predictment. It appears she sent me an email in the morning - i did not receive the email. 30 minutes prior to the appointment she texted me to ask me if i received her email. She then made excuses of why she could not text or call me earlier - her phone was updating all day. She also admitted that the emial was returned. Regina does not understand that the inconvience she caused me - i left work early. This is not the first time this has happend. She cancels 30 minutes prior with a bunch of excuses which she was aware of early in the day.

If you google regina quinn there are many reviews with the same issue.

I asked for a refund as i purchsed a package of 6 massages and only used one - refund of $195. Regina said she would refund my money by october 15, 2015 but i never heard from her. I attempted to contact her - but she did not respond. I reported her to the bbb but she never responded to the complaint. Finally, i took regina to small claims court and i won. I have not heard from regina nor has she returned phone calls, texts or emails. She has had every opportunity to refund my money. This is the first social media report that i have filed - i did not want to hurt regina or her business i just wanted my money back as she breached the client-massage therapist relationship and i would never feel comfortable with her again.

Prior to all this i sent my neighbor for a massage - she did not show up.

Donna Waldman

Donna Waldman acknowledges that i did send an email earlier that day . I also was very apologetic and validated her inconvenience by offerring her a complimantary service which was listed on my webpage that i compensate any appt i have to miss within a 24 hr period. I am a very dedicated therapist and business woman but am an independent therapist meaning i run every aspect of the business from marketing to services. I on occassion have an emergency and do to the type and quality of my work do not have fill ins. Donna paidpfor a package of 6 massages at a dramatic discoubt. My reg price is $75.00 she paid $29.00 per massage and had already used 2. I showed her a legiyimate receipt to the auto stop that i had to take my car to that morning across town when my emergency brake got stuck in on position and my car had to be towed. I am truly sorry for her inconvenience and do not accordi g to my policies offer a full themnd bevause i had an emergency. Donna had been a chronic last min change appt person and would even go to my property mamager to find me if i coukdnt return her call the same day. Her boundaries crossed all client protocols and i felt violated by her constant emails calls texts and stalking of my office. I have since stopped providing huge discounts in order to attract clients that valued my service as much as I valued healing them.

Donna Waldman

Regardi g her referri g her neighbor .We had a great session .there were no issues until Donna was unhappy and tainted the client relationship I had with her neighbor telli g her not to return to me due to my missed appt.it is very hard to have your good name destroyed on line. I am a gifted healer and cannot be summed up as a bad therapist for a scheduling issue. Im sorry Domna lost 30 minutes of work .i repeat i offered her a free 1 hour service but instead she decided to put my good name on a scam website.

Bad phone experience

Friend purchased a massage for a me as a gift on Groupon. When I called to inquire, Regina did not seem to want my business. Told me the reasons she couldn't see me rather than working with me to try to accommodate. Somehow, that's not what I expect from a massage therapist. Aren't they usually all about being soothing and positive? When I told her I wasn't getting a very good vibe from her, she became curt and defensive rather than apologetic and reassuring. Thanks, but no thanks. Kinda like asking your mom to brush your hair when she's mad at your dad. Egad.
