If you ever get in contact with a very short little older Puerto Rican man don't you ever give him your money. This tiny man was born to scam, at first when you meet him he seems very charming and an honest man but he's the opposite. He's a talker so he would run his mouth and won't let you have a chance to get a word in. I came across this scammer at the gym. He was a "trainer" he said that he was a partner with the owner and that he would give me a good deal. I gave him 200 in cash because he said that their credit card machine was down, this is a gym I've been going for a long time, I found it a bit weird but didn't think anything of it because I trust the gym. He also gave me an agreement from the gym and everything, you know making sure everything looked legit.

I worked out with him only for two days, and after that, he kept saying he was sick. He was "sick" for a whole week and on the day we agreed to meet, he got sick again.

So I never saw him again, after those two days. ( I believe he got fired ) When I asked him for my money back, he agreed and told me that he understands my frustrations and that the next day he will give me my money back. The next day came, and he decided to send me a text message threatening me that he has a lawyer and for me not to say anything to the gym owners or he will take me to court. Trust me this man doesn't have the funds for a lawyer.

Long story short he never gave me back my money, and I wasn't the only victim at the gym. He tricked, and scam nine people at the gym and no one got their money back. I find out that he was only working there for 10 days, he's so fake that he made it believe that he been working there for years. I'm in the process to take him to court, not for the money but because at some point this has to stop. He has a history of scamming people ( if you search his name on here you will see what he did in 2012) and from the look of it, he is not going to stop.

His full-time job is to find ways to scam people. You would think that a senior citizen would want to relax and just live the rest of their days in peace, not him he just finds ways to scam people and get easy money. Please again, if you see this man don't give him your money because you will not see it again or give you the service that he promised you that he will provide you. DONT BE A VICTIM ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FOLLOW YOUR GUT!
