They scammed me too

I just ordered a blessed be t-shirt from them for $5.00 and these so called Wiccans charged my debit card $26.75. I'm reporting them to the FTC website FTC.GOV and the FBI's website IC3.GOV. Plus informing the police about these scammers.

I was on Facebook, looking through the marketplace. I come across $1 bag of dragons blood insense. I love the smell of this particular insense. It was $1.00. After entering my account info and looking for something that wanted me of what I was about to pay for. I didnt see anything at all that said I will be signed up for their "trial offer” Bull crap. It ended up being $2.14 and I was okay with that. Then I have a change for .55 cent and $26.75 on my account. They wouldn’t refund it and still haven’t. I’ve been waiting now for 4-5 days. I have been through this before numerous times because of my negligence. I’ve learned or thought I did but it’s hard to see everything when it’s not even there to see. Thank you

Repeated Scam

First ran into this outfit in 2016 after wife order a bracelet for $1. Got hit monthly for $21 and change for three months despite repeated calls and emails to cease. Disputed charges and the recurring hits on our accounts stopped. Only to start again about six months later, with no contact with the scammers. Same this, disputed charge, recurring charges stopped. They just started again (Dec 2017).

Best advice, cancel the card they have. They'll keep hitting it periodically. PLEASE report to ftc.gov and the FBI at ic3.gov. Sooner more people report this the sooner we can get this nonsense stopped.

Above all, DO NOT order anything from Wicca Movement. Certifiable scam.

Last week I clicked on WICCA Movement's link on Facebook for the "free mug-only pay shipping/handling."

Before ordering, I did read through most of the comments on the ad and saw a question from a poster asking if they HAD to accept membership. Wicca Movement replied "No, simply scroll through to the bottom and click 'no thank you." This is what I did.

I then checked my bank account and saw I'd been charged $25 four times as well as the shipping/handling fee. Needless to say I was furious. I mean, even they DID charge for membership why charge four times??

I immediately emailed them as the phone number was useless. I received a formula email in reply stating they would 'research' the problem. I replied that was not acceptable and I wanted a refund of all withdrawals ASAP. Went back and forth like this for a day with a final email telling me I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days.

I then wrote the BBB and all they basically do is send you a reply from the company stating they did nothing wrong and the BBB is finished with the complaint. I emailed Wicca Movement and told them I'd written the BBB, retained a lawyer, and was also going to sue them if my money wasn't refunded IMMEDIATELY!! I also told them I reported their page to Facebook for fraud.

I kept checking my account and all was refunded in about 15 minutes, So they are not only scammers but liars as well. As for the BBB, they are useless. They asked me was I satisfied with the outcome and I told them NO and haven't heard another word.

They advertised a bracelet for free, and I paid the shipping. They then charged my bank account 25.00 for what they said was a membership fee that I had agreed to.

They also claimed that I needed to have cancelled the membership before their 'trial' period (one week) was over. I had no knowledge of signing up for a membership, and therefore did not know that I needed to cancel.

As I did NOT know about this membership in advance, I did not have sufficient funds in my account to cover this withdrawal, and wound up with overdraft charges.

SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

saw a cute Blessed Be bracelet that was free, only pay shipping...received bracelet and also noticed later that I had a monthly recurring charge of $25.99. Much to my dismay, one of these particular charges put my bank account into overdraft on my account that I never really used. When I called to inquire, I was told that the purchase required a subscription that had a recurring $25.99 monthly charge. When I explained to her that it was not clearly stated anywhere on the initial purchase, because I check for this exact reason, she said I must have overlooked it. Absolute BULLSHIT that they lied the way they did and could care less. I will absolutely tell everyone I know that this is a SCAM and DO NOT ORDER or RECOMMEND!!!!

Bought a bracelet for $2. It was really cute no charge for shipping. Then 3 days later i get a $25 charge from thw company. And i go online ans it says it's a membership charge!! for what? Being able to buy a bracelet, seriously!?! i got nothing for my money. What th hell? First off i never signed up for a membership. How is this allowed. I then called my bank, even got a new card and reversed the chargws. Same thing happened this month and had to cancel. This shouldn't be allowed esp in exchange for nothing!! do not buy anything from them!! total sacam

READ the fine print

People need to read the fine print on things and stop ordering from every random thing they see on the internet!! there are so many companies like this. Then you all go to your bank and want them to refund you the money because you got "scammed" when technically you didn't because you gave them your information and agreed to their terms.

Dcam

Actually many of us were scammed. No info about any membership was given. Yet they charged us.

I joined one of the Wicca Movements monthly clubs, the Candle Club, which charges 19.95 per month for a box containing a very small candle, stones or crystals, and a jewelry price or whatever they choose. I received my first box in July 2017. It contained 2 candles, a semi-precios stone, and a bracelet. In August, I received a box with 3 small candles, "eclipse candles". I did not receive a box in Sept or October 2017. But, they did take $25.00 from my card in November, 2017.

I E-mailed them 5 separate times and the only response I got (from 'Zach') was "Did you receive your November candle?". All other E- mails replied with "We have received your message, and will get back to you as soon as possible. They never did. In December, I called them. They were very rude, tried to tell me that my monthly charge had been "upgraded" and that the boxes for the missing months had been sent, and I needed to "check with the Post Office", which I did, they had no record of any packages (on hold) for the months of September, October, November, or December of 2017. I called the Wicca Movement back, informed them of my findings, and "we will call you back". They never called.
