Wholesale dream homes is a total ripoff they promise to help with credit but all they do is get your down payment me and my wife both have cancer and they scamed us out of 4500.00dollars.every time you call they have an excuse.they even refused cerafied letters about returning depoist state of TX is taking them to court in Oct so send your papers to Austin to get money back
My husband and I were also fed lies by Mike Landwermeyer. We plan on taking him to civil court. We live in Louisiana so we are having papers etc sent to us. But it's been over 2 months of daily calls from him saying he is sending our money. Once he sent us a bad check. Then he sent us and empty envelope with no check inside. He's blamed everyone that works for him. Latest is his granddaughter was killed in an auto accident. That's how far he's gone with his lies. Quite incredible!
We began the loan process with wholesale dream homes in March 2015. We gathered all material for them that they needed to complete the loan process. When we found land that we wanted and we're ready to sign the loan papers. The company (wholesale dream homes) would never go and do a survey or do any of the paperwork that our realtors were needing. We lost three pieces of land because of their incompetence and not doing anything on their end. We went through 6 months of them promising us everything was fine and ready to go, etc etc. well they never did anything! They couldn't tell me the name of the mortgage company we were signing with, where the title company was that we were going to, nothing! So finally we just told them at the end of August that we are not doing this any longer. We had lost the 3rd piece of land we wanted to put the trailer on because they didn't do any of their job.
Finally we just said forget it and we want our $1500. Deposit back. Sure, no problem they said. We will get that right to you. Well for the last three weeks we have been calling on a daily basis with one lie after the other about why the money isn't here. The agreement was the money we put down was for the deposit on the trailer and now they won't give our money back to us. Do not trust these people at wholesale dream home. Mike Landwermeyer is the guy who has done absolutely nothing for us except tell us lies from day 1!
Paid Mike at Wholesale Dream Homes a $1500.00 deposit was told we were approved by 21st mort wrong then approved by Vanderbilt wrong.Then told we were approved to buy a Cappaert mobile home from their web site.I called Cappaert they said they wouldn't do business with dream homes.Then Mike calls and said We were approved by Mountain side finance and they would call in a few days.Been 3 weeks no call and no refund.Also said the finance company needed down pmt up front.We didn't fall for that.The strange thing was they invited us to Allen to there residence for more paperwork and introduced us to his family.Run away

We were ripped off by Mike and Wholesale DreamHomes. What do you mean send your papers to Austin to get money back?

We were scammed also and are going to file a civil suit. Being from Louisiana not sure how all of this will work. Have you pursued legal action?
