Wow looks like i am not the only person this happened to
I got my stuff and had to sign off the boxes at that time that i got them, i said on the paperwork i was not signing for lost or missing items as i was not allowed to go through it at that time and have the driver wait for me.
I was unboxing items in my garage and have found a ton of expensive items missing from my shippment, i was told as long at it went to my propetry even though it was a detached garage i would be covered, then i finish submitting the claim and their response is oh well we could not find the items so we are deniying that part of the claim, the damaged items we are even denying those because it went to "storage: according to them, a garage is not a storage facility, i called and asked many time if it went to my property even though it was the garage i would be covered.
watch out and do not go with them or any of thier affiliates and if you end up missing anything they will do whatever they can to get out of paying, even when you pay full replacement value they on a item that never showed upfront value over 2k they say they will give only a few hundered for it. they even stored the items at thier site.
