After reviewing email corespondences of my previous landlord, David M. Elmer of Weston and Sampson, Inc., I realized that every email he sent was FROM HIS COMAPNY EMAIL ADDRESS! (photos attached) You can clearly see in the email address that it comes from a Weston and Sampson Server (@wseinc.com) and in the email signature it says the email is the property of "Weston and Sampson Inc". We must ask CEO Michael J. Scipione, "Does David Elmer represent Weston and Sampson in an official capacity when he sends emails to his tenats?" David Elmer is currently under invesstigation by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for alleged Discrimination in landlord/tenant practices. He owns multiple properties. Are these his or Weston & Sampsons?

We look forward to hearing a response. Mr. Elmer describes Lynn Rogers as his business partner. Is she also of Weston and Sampson? Just what the hell is going on?! Weston and Sampson needs to either step up to the plate and accept responsibility if David Elmer represents them or otherwise David Elmer should stop using his company email to conduct personal business work with his properties and tenants! Are the wrong people being sued? Should we hold Weston and Sampson accountable also? It sure seems so.

I would like an answer!

If David Elmer does NOT represent Weston and Sampson in this personal capacity, then they had better clear their name! Whether it be through Ripoff Report's Corporate Advocacy Program or otherwise. Why isn't David Elmer being held to account? Is this normal company policy?

David elmer is, as of the date of this writing, my landlord. I have filed a claim against him with the commonwealth of massachusetts for discrimination and retaliation; along with violations of the americans with disabilities act Ada). They accepted the claim. This means they thought the claim was serious enough to warrant an investigation. That investigation is currently underway.

David elmer is refusing to renew my lease. It is my belief he is doing this as a retaliatory act given that i have asked for reasonable accommodations here and due to losing a roommate My spouse) early on in the tenancy. There is much more to my claim that i am unsure if i should share here or not. But it is time to call him out and spare any potential future tenants the pain and suffering i went through, and continue to go through.

David elmer will say things on the phone that he won't put in writing.

On paper, he looks like a saint. It is his 'off the record' comments that speak to his true self.

While the investigation continues, i must find a place to live rather than risk homelessness. I am 45 years old and disabled. I have no financial resources nor physical strength to conduct such a move.

Meanwhile, mr. Elmer lives in a house in nahant currently valued at $893k. He purchased it for $750k down from $799k. A profit of $143k in two years or so. He is vice president of weston and sampson inc.; a civil engineering company. Note: this info is all in the public domain.)

Here's the thing that i cannot understand...I paid my rent faithfully every month. Other than discriminatory cruelty, why would he do this? Additionally, david elmer refused to change my security deposit from my spouse's name into my name. I had to email him quotes of the law to show him he was wrong. To this day, it is still not in my name.

I pity his other tenants and his employees, and anyone else subject to his cruelty.

Should he miraculously change his ways, i will update this here. I'm just glad for forums such as Yscam where such legitimate grievances can be aired.
