Received a hamstring tendon graph for an acl recon from dr. Parks when i was a 24 year old wrestler. Saying that hamstring was appropriate all because women's joints are "looser" and even had to make a few comments about being weaker and seriously even suggested volleyball as an alternative.
Come to find out, five years later amid serious f*cking knee problems that the actual appropriate tendon was actually a f*cking quad tendon. Seeing as though that-that is what the men in wrestling and other full contact sports would have received had it been them and not me. And yet, because im a woman and "weaker," hamstring and volleyball were what was "more appropriate."
Yeah, you read all of that correctly. That means that dr. Parks is nothing but a sexist a*s pig that thought it was appropriate to give me a f*cking husband stitch for an acl recon. And now, i have serious f*cking knee problems because of what one f*cking as*hole did. Thinking he knew what was appropriate instead of actually f*cking needed.
