You are receiving the clothes directly from China. The website doesn’t include a phone number or address. I received email that my order was received but I only receive 3 out of 5 items. 2 of them I asked for small and received XL. This is not a coincidence. This is method used by scammers. They send whatever size they have available if they have anything. They give email option to contact customer service. You can send the email directly from their website or from your email account. They say a customer service representative will get back to you in less than 24 hours. I am waiting almost 2 weeks and there is no response. This is not a clothing company. This is a gang who found easy way to make money on innocent people.
I noticed they were blasting on instagram, and showcased a jacket that looks to be decent and well priced. So I purchased it. A MONTH AGO. And I still have not received it.
I tried using their tracker- which is a Chinese postal service- so already am expecting shenanigans. I can now deduce:
1. That this is not an American-based company. This is Chinese.
2. Chinese clothing= cheap, poor quality, shrink after one wash
3. Small fit.
Had I known this was coming from China, I would never ever even think about buying anything.
So I contacted them to ask what the status is, and so far have heard nothing. I reached out to their provided email address 3 times, and have heard nothing. If that's the level of customer service you are going to provide, I not only want my refund, but also I will make sure your brand gets destroyed on social media nad websites. You don't deserve to EXIST. Shut down your sweat shop and free the child workers. This is the biggest scam ever, and something tells me this won't be the last time a company like this sprouts up on the internet...
Purchased made on November 24, 2017 for 4 articles of clothing. Only 2 of the items were delivered, and 2 remained missing. Attempted to contact customer service, did not receive any response despite multiple attempts. Attempted to contact the company by other means, but their Facebook website is "expired" and non-existent, no telephone numbers or physical addresses on the website. The 2 items I did receive were way smaller than advertised sizes, poor and cheap materials that came apart after wearing only once!
Their website has no review section, no visior posts, they do not provide shipping information or tracking numbers, and only a single email address for contact to customer service. Scam!!!! Do not buy!!!
Ordered a White and Black Bomber from West Louis Ladt Month
West Louis is a China based brand that strategically markets themselves as a Europe based company.
I ordered a black and white bomber jacket from them last month. I am a US size 2X, but I decided to order a 4x. I noticed that when it was time to purchase my order the payment process took a long time, that was a red flag but I wanted the jacket s9 badly I let my impulse get the best of me. After my payment was processed, they left me with an order number and tracking number, which I wasnt able to use until about 3 days later. I was also told to go to their FB page for delivery updates which made no sense. By the time I was able to track my order, It was the third day and I was able to see that my package was coming from China. My jacket arrived in about two weeks. Once my jacket arrived, it had a tag on it that read 5x, but another tag was under that one and it read 2X. Although I ordered a 4x jacket, I recieved a 2x jacket labeled as 5x. The jacket fitted me like a 1X. It was uncomfortably tight but fits nicely if I dont fasten it. The quality wasnt too bad but it's been a month now and I havent warn it..My hope is that I get a few good wears out of it but my realistic fear is that it will rip while I am wearing it. Companies like this one thrive off of one time shoppers that only read the reviews after they made their purchase. The things on their website look really tempting but take it from me and save yourself the stress of not getting what you expected to get because they gave you what they had, if anything at all. I gave them a two star rating because unlike many other people, I actually recieved my package. Good luck to everyone that decides order from here but if I were you, I'd order from elsewhere.
