Ordered 6.5 oz martini glasses. but instead received 4.0 oz capacity glasses. Store said difference was within its normal tolerance. Only offered return with 30% restocking charge and I would have to pay for return shipping.
On the website the assorted breadsticks assortment is clearly indicated as being a package of garlic, plain, onion and sesame you will not necessarily recieve a package of each. In my shipment I received one package of onion, one package of sesame, and two packages of the garlic. I received no package of the plain toasted bread sticks. I chatted with an agent this morning and was told because the item is described as assorted that means to company can send any assortment it chooses.
The customer can recieve a package of garlic or two packages or garlic or maybe even three. The company claims they have no control over what varieties you will recieve. They only guarantee you will receive four packages of bread sticks. The agent did say I could get a partial credit towards a future order but there could be no partial refund. I told the agent why would I buy bread sticks from this company again if I do not know what I will receive in the box next time I order bread sticks from them again.
