This company cold called me and talked me into building a new website so I went ahead and bought the high pressure sales pitch without doing my research. They promised a very high quality, professional website, a video and door hangers for almost ( 3k ). The website was extremely unprofessional and there were multiple things that were on it that we don't even offer.
Also incorrect setting of MX records. This caused business email to be completely down for multiple days, No mobile design and optimization. The site was not viewable on a mobile device, Incorrect meta tags. This caused the site to lose SEO ranking and the SSL was unsecured giving an error message. Video wasn't done and the door hangers aren't gonna be completed as promised.
This business has been inactive since the start of 2017. I had a business dealing with the owner Airizes Miller last June 2018 only finding out later that the business status is inactive as of July 24, 2018. The same day I reported this to the BBB (July 25, 2018), he immediately reinstated his business status. He provided a fraudulent contractor license number to the city. He uses this business name We Local People even though it's inactive. We had a contract to have my basement and backyard done and after it gets signed, he swayed us into changing some of the terms and adding more stuff so he can collect more money. He assured everyone is licensed and insured but he lied. In the end, the workers he hired from Craigslist leave the job site with a lot of damages. Beer cans and water bottles lying around. Damaged backyard, torn up sod and damaged sprinklers.
Miller made a lot of promises to fix this and that and make everything nice and beautiful.
He will sweet talk you into trusting him. We have paid him almost $27,000 and we are left with a huge mess to fix. He doesn't pay his workers and encourages them to put a lien on our property. I reported him to the enforcement department of the Department of Labor about his scam and fraudulent license. The City of Prior Lake calls him a fraud and puts a stop to the project. He gets all mad and threatened to sue me blaming me for delaying the works because I requested for a permit (which he promised from the start anyway). He turns the table on me and told me I'm the scammer. Beware of this business and owner Airizes Miller!
