I started work there doing the front desk a few weeks ago. I have not been paid my wages for last week and the manager is refusing to call me back. I need help. How do I report this to the labor board? I really need my pay check!!
This company is a huge scam and should be out of business and there are many people in the lobby demanding their money back. I have had my car here for 3 weeks with nothing being done with it. Other's said they heard the same stories and their car has been here for a month.

I worked there doing car audio. I’ve done car audio for 30 years in indianapolis.
I’ve also worked at my job 21 years a publicly traded company.
I have a wife and two beautiful children, and a mortgage.
I love doing car audio, it’s my passion.

Waxwerks asked me if i would come aboard full time and run the car audio side of the business. I told timothy luther that i would think about it if they could guarantee that i maintain my salary level. I have been doing car audio installations for waxwerks www.Waxwerks.Net since the late part of august 2018. I’ve installed car audio systems, fixed and corrected problems previous customers had with installs previously done by previous installers who have since left the company, to keep waxwerks waxwerk.Net in good standing with its loyal customers. I resigned from my daytime job because they assured me that they would match my pay that i was currently making and also guaranteed that i would also make double and i would be able to maintain my salary and be manager of their car audio department at waxwerks. My wife is a stay at home mom; i’m the sole breadwinner for my family. And have been for the last 15 years.
I put my trust in waxwerks waxwerks.Net timothy luther said with approval from princy hart that they would give me a sign-on bonus for $3000.00 through their acima loan program deal with acima www.Acima.com since he knows joe stepke personally and have done a loan deal like this with him many times and once they were funded the money they would give me the money to hold me over to make sure that i had money to cover my mortgage and household expenses until i started receiving ample amount of pay each week between (800-1000) and they would pay it back themselves within 90days as a token for me coming onboard.
I have kids and i would never put them or my home at risk. I applied for loan with acima, they approved me and waxwerks received payment on 11/14/2018. Timothy luther advised that he would have molly fritzgerald write me a check for the amount since princy hart was not in the office that day and he advised that molly fritzgerald is authorized to write check on behalf of waxwerks, which she has check writing privileges and check account under waxwerks.
Timothy luther stated that he called molly fritzgerald to bring him a check for $3000.00. Later that day, timothy luther gave me the check for $3000.00 and told me to deposit check. Check was deposited on 11/16/18 only to come back nsf on 11/20/2018. I confronted molly fritzgerald and timothy luther about the check.
Timothy luther stated that he would have princy hart reissue check to me asap when she comes into the store as no deposits were made into that account as of yet. Three (3) weeks late, still no reissued check. I confronted princy hart who stated that she had no knowledge of check, but molly fritzgerald stated that princy hart was well aware of the check being written to me as she agreed to it also.
Now timothy luther have now reneged on their part and have convinced princy hart not to reissue check because i refused to do any car deals with timothy luther so he advised princy hart who is now the new owner of waxwerks due to ray demaree signing the business over to her due to his failing health, has refused in good faith to reissue check.
Not only did i quit my job to work there full time on a verbal promise from princy hart and timothy luther, now i’m dealing with a nsf check that was fraudulently written from the start as princy hart, molly fritzgerald and timothy luther had no intention of honoring the check which is fraud.
I have brought this to the attention of princy hart and waxwerks owner at the time ray demaree whom i thought would make it right, he advised me to send him copy of check which had waxwerks address on it and he would see about getting me the money. Ray demaree advised me that he could give me $1500.00 per our conversation.
But somehow timothy luther convinced ray demaree and princy hart to not make good because i didn’t do any so-called car deals with him. I came from kim stereo at liberty bell flea market so everyone knows my character and my integrity. This is not a place that you want to do business with for car audio or remote starts or anythng. The reason waxwerks have been canceling customers remote start appointsments that customers have appointment for is because they have no-one to do them because the remote starter installer left because waxwerks are not paying them.
I am forwarding this letter to the attoryney general, rtv6/call6 for help, scamion.com, google, facebook, etc if this is not handled. I will not stop until the consumers who drive on 82nd street in castleton know the how waxwerks have treated me and their employess
. I have been good to waxwerks to help their business grow and they treat me like this. It’s christmas times, i have no job or money and my checking account it now in the negative (-1900.00) due to a bad check they wrote me and waxwerks won’t honor. For them to put me in a situation like this i can’t believe princy hart would allow this after all i have done to help her business.
