In Dec. 2015 we upgraded to Generation 4 (?) Internet service and signed a two year contract with Wave2net. We have had basically no change in our internet service. We have called several times and spoke with their tech support and miraculously our service got better....for about 24 hours. After several times of doing this, we decided that Wave2net was not holding up their end of our contract and personally visited the office and spoke with Rudy Worrell, the President. He insisted he was delievering what they promised in the contract, upload speed of 4+mbps downlaod speed of 6+ mbps. He told us to let him 'prove' his company was providing service that we were paying for, by us monitoring the speeds on a daily basis. We did this for over a 10 day period. The results were HORRIFIC! At one time our download speed was 0.09 mbps. We called Rudy to state we wanted OUT of our contract and he NEVER called us back! This is the OWNER of the company just out right not calling a customer back. We then went back into the office and (of course) Rudy is not there. They said he was out on a Tower working....Really?? Must need help if the Owner is working towers. At any rate, the Office Manager proceeded to tell us even though they are NOT providing the speeds we are paying for "it states in the contract they DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING"!! We again asked them to have Rudy call us, he called and then about 15 seconds into the conversation Rudy hung up on us!!!! My advice to anyone...DO NOT USE WAVE2NET! They do not deliever what they advertise and the owner President could CARE LESS!

Do Not Sign Up with Wave2Net

I was a customer of Wave2Net and have having problems with the service since day one (June 2017) I decided to discontinue service November 2017. I understand that I had to give a 30 day notice; however, My service was disconnected by December 1, 2017 (it was before Thanksgiving) which was paid up to December 12, 2017 according to the 30 day notice. When I wanted to discontinue service I was treated with disrespect. I was told they would charge $98.00 to come to the residence to remove the equipment and I opt to do it myself. I had to make an appointment to bring the equipment in for inspection. Upon arrival I was told they cannot do it right now they would do it later on in the week. Now I have to pay $6.00 for a grommet along with an administrative fee of $3.00. I know that a grommet does not cost $6.00 it is much cheaper. I emailed them back about this invoice and they won't even respond. I don't want to call in because I am not in the mood to have a screaming match with these people. It is a shame people are treated this way because they discontinue their service.

Here we go again. wind is blowingand my dish is blowing around like a flag. the pole should be bending over again, just like the last time. takes them 2 or thre weeks to come fix it. So I will be without internet and phone for the next three week like last month.Ofcouse I will still have to pay for the month of no service and for the repair man to come out and streighten the bent unsupport pole.
