I am having trouble getting all channels they said we would get now I call the number they gave me and it's disconnected .they said we would get nfl but we are not
My Husband and I bought 2 boxes and after we got back home we decided we didn' need them after all and so we never installed them and decided to make the one and a half hr drive back to where we purchased them to see if we could return them in person, the sales person told us he can't take them back there that I would have to send them back and told me how to do it but didn't give me an address, after many voicemails I did talk to someone a couple of times but they would tell me that I had to speak to the owner and send him an email but I never heard from him, after now having them for almost 3 months I decided to hook one of the boxes up and what a joke, It just wants to keep loading and we have a very high speed of internet so that shouldn't be the problem and when it finally loads you can watch something for about 30 seconds and then it quits! So people Please keep your money and put it else where!!!!!! Trust me I know cuz now I'm out $500
