Walmart the person that sold my friend the drone sold her a 3 yr. svc plan and told her if the drone was lost due to the operating system the drone would be replaced.
I went to take off in flight and the drone went straight up almost out of site so I hit the come home button. The drone is to land within 6ft. of were it was launched.
Well, the thing kept going straight up until it was completely out of site it never came down that I know of.. I called the svc plan operator and she said I had to bring the drone in so they could check it. I told her that there is no way because it is in outer space somewhere that it never came back
She said there was nothing she could due without the drone I had it all programed with height limits and distance limits and if it goes outside the limits it is programed to return home,it didn"t do that.
So is that not a defect in the unit or not. California
From November through December 2016, we made several purchases and the walmart care plan to go with. Checking now for printer warranty, I'v been informed there are no plans associated with my phone (the very phone I registered them on) or my email.
I've sent them an email saying it is outright theft.
Now I'm glad I read some reports about it. I know better now than to send them anything to service!
On March 24, 2017 at the Westbury Walmart store on Old Country Rd., I checked out at the automated register using my debit card and requested $40 cash back. After paying for my items I mistakenly left my money behind in the cash tray.
Another customer that checked out after stole my money from the cash tray and paid with a credit card.
The store has clear video of the person taking my money and a record of his credit card information yet the store refused to let me see the video.
To my right of the automated register was a Walmart employee with a yellow vest watching the automated checkout area. At the front door before leaving is another employee with a yellow vest checking receipts before customers leave the store.
In the office located nearest the front of the store which is near the returns counter is security with a video monitor where a walmart security employee watches to make sure customers are not stealing from the store.
At no time did security or any other employee near the automated check out area ever say to me that I left my cash behind not did they do anything to stop the person from stealing my money.
At no time do I recall there being an automated warning telling me "don't forget to take your change."
Walmart still refuses to give me back the money that was stolen from me and they also refuse to let me see the video.
There is no security at this store and the police are aware that there is a problem with this store.
This is not the first time Walmart has had security issues. Several years ago I was in the Islandia store and my rear window was smashed. There is a security guard patrolling the parking lot and cameras visible from the roof near where I parked yet my car window was still damaged and they told me afterwards that there was no video since the cameras do not work.
Furthermore recently at the Islandia store I saw an HP Manhaatan gold laptop advertised at $115 but was told they were told out and it was on clearance. Walmart refuses to honor the same price on a different brand of laptop. There is no sign stating the word "clearance" other than a yellow tag with the words "HP Manhattan Gold." This is bait and switch in my opinion and is illegal.
I also complained about the laptop but noone in corporate has called me back.
Buyer beware do not purchase egift cards from walmart.com i was trying to order a 15 dollar egift card and it cancelled all by itself even though i have a legitamate banking account and credit card even with paypal it still declines and you still get a hold on your account..please dont order from walmarts.com for gift cards...pretty sure they are a big scam
Nicky is the rudest pharmacist she should be fired!!! She hung up on me twice becaues she doesnt fill persricptions for the doctor i go to and i am disabled!!
Walmart 11 year old kid and his grandmother. My mom took my 11 year old son to buy him a brand new ps4 at Walmart on Dorthy ln. When they got home and opened it it was all scratched up. When they went to return they were treated like criminals and told the serial number didn't match and tough. My mom has many health problems and has fought cancer.She paid 300$ for a used piece of crap!! We are extremely upset. Walmart has made a huge mistake.
Received email that promised an amazon gift card worth a $60 cash value if i complete a survey about my amazon usage...Completed survey and kept being redirected after entering personal contact information.
I received a pop up to win a $1000 walmart gift card, i selected close and was redirected to a website to spin and i won the $1000 walmart gift card, but it then redirected me to several surveys which requested my contact info to broadcast to marketers and i gained 10 points per survey being redirected to different sites each time in order to reach 100 points, but i didn't get my gift card. I spent money, gave personal info, & gave my contact info to god knows who...Please help and look into this.
