My Husband and I bought a sofa with chaise and were told that their warranty covered cushion break down, pet urine, tears in material etc. Well after a year the foam cushions broke down and the material on the cushions started getting little fuzz balls all over it. So we called Walker Furniture and they sent somebody out about 3 wks later (obviously they have ALOT of complaints) the gentleman that came out looked at the cushions took pictures told me to hold the material up (that was sooo loose I can pick it up with my fingers) on the cushions so he could get a picture of that too. He then said that it was for sure covered and he would have 2 new cushions shipped out within 2 wks. Well they never arrived (Shock) and when my husband called to find out what the hold up was they proceeded to tell him that the cushions were not covered for bad foam and loose material, only if the material tears or the actually frame breaks. So not only did they lie about the warranty when we bought it, they also lied about having new ones sent out.
We will Never buy another piece of furniture from Walker and hopefully whoever reads this will think twice before they do
