W Talent Management is a fraudulent operation posing as an agency looking to lure in aspiring models, actors, singers, and performers. One of the first things that is so telling about this operation is that all of the individuals listed on their contact page on their website, wtalentmgmt.com, do not offer their full name. For example, Kelli W. is listed as President/CEO. They claim to have three offices in the United States. One in New York City, Miami, and then their main office in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. However, if you do a simple Google search you will find that W Talent Management appears to be operating out of a house in a rather deserted area in Conshohocken. Not only that, but they do not even have an office in New York City. I was lured in to have a "meeting" with them after I responded to their ad on Craigslist. I was told to meet them at 25 Broadway (10th Floor), New York, NY 10004. When I arrived I was told to go to the 9th floor, check in, walk down a few hallways, up a flight of stairs, and then I'd find them. Upon arrival I was in a small food court with several tables and chairs. I noticed a sign reading "W Talent Management" and a young girl at a table. I approached her and she handed me a form to fill out. I filled out the form and after a few minutes I met Kelli W. (President/CEO) and one of her partners (I believe all involved in W Talent Management use an alias) in your typical corporate meeting room with glass walls. She presented herself as very friendly and personable. She then went on to explain how I would need to pay them over two-thousand dollars so I can "develop" and "invest" in my portfolio (I have this info in a neat folder given to me by them). Warning : any agency or employer who tells you to pay them so you can work for them is a scam. I am reporting W Talent Management because there are so many young individuals who feel they're talented in some way and want to be recognized for it and operations such as this preys on the uninformed and the vulnerable.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SHARKS. They want your MONEY and ONLY your money. Stay far far away. They waste your time with interviews, and just ask for money to "develop" you. Real scammers. Run.
