I have an account with Vudu. I have bought over 100 movies on Vudu. I really prefer to buy movies in bundles because all of the sequels are together. I recently bought 4 bundled movies: Avengers 4-movie collection, How to Train Your Dragon 3-movie collection, Jurassic World 5-movie collection and the Kung Fu Panda 3-movie collection.

I had bought the Kung Fu Panda movies individually. They deleted the individual movies that I'd bought since I bought the bundled package, but they refused to refund me my money for those movies. They are also going to delete my Avengers 3-movie bundle since I have bought the 4-movie bundle, but they refuse to refund me for the 3-movie bundle. They are also going to delete my 2-movie bundle of How to Train Your Dragon and my 4-movie bundle of Jurassic World, again without refunding me. They say that they can't refund money after 30 days of purchase. Sequels often don't come out until years later. They need to either find a way to add sequels to a current bundle or to put single movies in a bundle package without screwing their customers financially. For example, I just bought the 5-movie bundle of Jurassic World, it has all 3 Jurassic Park movies and the 2 Jurassic World movies. But they are going to release a 6th movie next year, the 3rd Jurassic World movie. I'd like to add this movie to my bundled package of Jurassic World without having to buy the new, more expensive bundle and not be refunded for the previous bundle that I currently have.

I don't want to wait 10+ years until maybe they stop making more sequels before buying a bundle of movies to watch. We enjoy watching the movies now. I'm just really sick and tired of Vudu screwing me financially like this!!!!! I'm a single mom and I don't make very much money at all.

On March 3, 2018 I purchased the movie, "Set It Off" for $10.47 on the vudu streaming service. Once I made my purchase, I attempted to view the movie. Instead of the movie playing it just continued to load and give a series of excuses of why it could not play.

I realize $10 Is not a lot of money, but the moral issue of concern is... if you purchase something, you should receive your product. I do not think VUDU should be aloud to just STEAL money from consumers with NO CONSEQUENCES!!!

I have used Vudu.com for a few years and although the bad streaming quality did occur, it was occasionally at first. I contacted them about a year ago(2016) and they said it was due to my internet quality. I have six other monthly streaming apps( Showtime, HBO now, etc) and they stream perfectly, no buffering or loading time. Vudu.com is now not streaming at all, it will just constantly buffer. I haven't been able to watch an entire episode since August 2017. They refuse to reimburse any of my money, offer any kind of support, or do anything to fix the issue. I am now contacting the BBB, Attorney general's office, FCC, and anyone else I can think of so that others don't get ripped off by this sketchy company. It's a total waste of money. What I also have noticed is that when you are on vudu.com...and surfing around, and maybe even purchasing...it will stream perfectly, no slow moving UNTIL you PURCHASE something then all of a sudden (once they get paid) it slows down to a snails pace. I AM DONE. AVOID VUDU.COM!!!!!!!

I used a credit card to sign up. When i ordered a movie my card was canceled which I forgot I did. They took it upon themselves to hack into my credit card account and retrieve my bank debit card no. They then charged my bank account.

Vudu will not help me. spent lots of money with them and cant get my movies.

Vuru cancelled my account without my authorization They took my moneyand movies. They did not offer my money back Or my movies. They said the account was opened under a totally different Name but they know it's my account but there is nothing they can do.

I have contacted Vudu multiple times asking them to, as suggested by my bank, simply bill my account for whatever it is that is causing my account to be suspended. It must last on or in a computer animated service, becasue I continue to receive robot like resonses.

When I go to log into my account, this message displayes:

Account suspended

Please click "Continue" to contact customer care about your account.

When I respond to their process, I receive this message:

Unfortunately your account has been suspended due to chargebacks coming back from your account. To further resolve this issue please contact your bank to resolve this matter. Once it has been resolved please email us a written statement from the bank that the chargebacks are resolved.

Vudu seems unable to respond by charging the account whatever it is that is causing the headache. I am wondering if they are simply looking to avoid service by allowing me to view moives that I have purchased. I cam unable to go online in their website to see the charges or to pay the chagres any other way.

I have contacted my bank and they have told me there is no "charge back" to reverse and thus they are unable to do anything on their end. When I contacted Vudu with this infromation, I am met with a dead end response. Neither my bank is able to do anything, or Vudu is violating their agreement to allow me to view my purchased movies in order to save themselves money in some manner. If I am correct, this is all over a $2.99 charge. I can't fax anything back to them, as their is nothing my bank can do to provide me with a document to fax back.

Well after told many times I will be able to merge my old account with current they deciced that they won't do it. I was threated by there so called Teir 3 the top postion he called himself Admir. Next time I see you request a merge I am going to close out your request and not answer you. Even though His co-workers stated three times it could be done. They won't transfer the movies that I purchased on my old account that wasn't linked up with ultraviolet. All I get was threats in closing my account if I report as fruad.
