Worked with the business for 6 days and found we where not a good fit. The systems where under powered for what I was doing so I canceled my account. I had paid a for a full year. After cancelling I did not receive a refund for the services I didn't use. Typically hosting companies would provide some type of refund for services not use. This company does have a refund policy if you report it within the first 30 days (check) but only if you pay by the month (no check). How can a company have a refund policy but not honor it when you prepay them a full year. I contacted there sales/support same dude Josh and I'm pretty sure he is the owner as well tells me the TOS does state. So I guess shame on me for thinking I might be able to get a refund. He has since disabled my and taken my money as I was not very humble and voiced how angry I was that he stole my money.
