I did not order. I have been sent two months in a row the product. There is no way to contact them. Please help if you can.

Am being charged $90+ /month for eye serum. Called 1-800 & it's automated asking if you would like to cancel product. I did & they are still charging my acct!! Had to cancel my card. Can't get a hold of a person to get my $ refunded.

After the trial period of 14 days, I called and cancelled my order. The next month my card was charged $95.00 and another shipment arrived. Repeat. Again I called and Fay explained that I had only cancelled the eye cream, not the face cream. I said that I canceleld everything...she said they would refund me 15% and I could keep the cream - I could NOT send it back. I am hoping that this will not repeat again in Jan...

I took a Bright House customer survey offering a free gift worth $150. After the survey was completed I selected Vitier Beauty products and agreed to pay for shipping and misc. fees under $5. Agreeing to shipping also meant that they would charge the full price of the product within 15 days of purchase. Not only did the charge $90 for the free product, they began charging my card and additional $189 for product not shipped, then another $189 a fee days later. There is no return address on the product but there is very small print stating that if you agree to pay for shipping you also agree to be charged $189 for product that never ships.

Do not but this product or fall for their scam. Even though they finally sent notice that they would cancel the orders, I had to cancel the card to prevent additional charges.

I ordered two sample specials from a Vitier internet sight that was at the end of a Dr. Oz page I had gone to to look something up from one of his TV shows. I was not aware that by ordering the samples you were put on a auto shipment program. When the product came I tried the eye cream and it set my face on fire. I could not get it off fast enough to get the fire out. Then put alovera on to help with the burn. I was not aware of their under handed ways until I got my bank statement. Seven days after my samples were charged my bank account was charged $50.00. I still do not know what that charge is for. The discription with the charge was vague and I had circled it to call my bank about. Then I got my Aug. bank statement with a $85.97 and $89.97 charge from Vitier. These charges were just 15 days from the day the samples had been charged. Then the package came from Vitier. I did not open the box but called and asked for a return authorization and told them I had not asked to be put on an auto shipment program. Why would I want more product when it set my face on fire. I was told there was a box I did not check when I placed the sample order which did put me on the auto ship. I have worked on computers for over 30yrs and I did not see that box. Their customer service person said he could take me off the auto ship but that was all. After I got upset and told him several calls I would make he offered me 15% of my last two charges back. We talked more and I again told him the calls I would make that would not be good for their business and then he offered me 50% of the last two charges. I told him that was not satisfactory and I would make the calls I had told him about. This company must not be able to sell their product to stoop to such _______ business practices. If you are thinking of buying from this company even the samples you had better think again.

I hope this helps someone to not get in the mess I am in. I will be making the phone calls tomorrow that I promissed, as it is after hrs. at this time.

I ordered a FREE sample of two products from Vitier. Received them and paid $4+ for shipping. Then I was billed $89+ and $85+ for the following month. I called and spoke to someone who had very poor English. I believe he said those charges were for the FREE product. It was very hard to understand him. I sent an email to the corporate office and have had no response. This was obviously a ripoff that cost me $170!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recieved the trail fee for shipping. $4.98 and $5.98. After I tried the products was not impressed, as it did not do what they advertised. Using the Vitier eye product, my eyes all around were sore and red for as long as I used it. It burnt when I applied makeup. Also the cream did not do anything for me. I canceled the next shipment right away, but I noticed on my credit cdard they had already charged me for the next. I did not want it and it as never sent. I believed the refund was 3 to 5 days but I have checked eery day to see if it was removed or refunded, but no. I have called the phone number but it was only for canceling. They would say you canceled, good bye. On the web site there was no way to e-mai them as it went to the opening page. I am just glad that I found this. They charged me, $85.97 and $89.97, or $175.94. I cannot just let this go, I need my money. I put it on a charge card and of course I am paying it.

Ordered tryvitier.com skin care. Didn't like it. Tried to cancel future shipments. No address or other information could be found on the package i received or within the package. I just received the two products in an unlabeled box - the eye serum and neck creme in professional skin care boxes labeled "vitier". I then went back to the internet and tried to contact the company to cancel on their "contact us" page. My message wouldn't go through even though i entered the information requested correctly. I tried to send out the message for several days. I became very concerned related to the integrity of the company and the product. It also provided a direct telephone number to the company of 1-888-264-7963. I called it and a man answered with a heavy accent. He said vitier wasn't his company. I don't know what to do to discontinue all contacts with this company and to thwart future shipments and bills. Sharon, batlimore, maryland

Money was taken from my ban account, I did not authorize for anyone to take out 42 dollars. I did however pay for shipping 2 creams. One for 4.95 and the other 5. plus change so just over 9 dollars was taken from my account. Then last night after I recieved the product, I looked at my bank account and there was 42 dollars taken by them, the rep to me different amonuts that would be put back in my account because I cancelled from anything further. I never did to begin with, No where on any site did i see how they work. set you up for future money being withdrawn or nothing about return the product and nothing about paying for shipping the product back.

I have fallen victim to Vitier products (eye serum and skin cream. These were ordered online and were part of a "free tril," where you only had to pay $4.95 shipping. I received my trial, saw no better results, than with the Avon products I had been using. Less than 2 weeks later, My credit charged was charged almost $200, for two other shipments.

I did not sign up for ongoing shipments, nor did I authorize any further charges, on my credit card.

I have emailed their customer service but have yet to receive a response.

I am so upset with the Vitier skin cream company! The outrageous charge for two skin cream products is unbelievable! I want my money back from this company! I can't get in touch with them with their customer service number! I was charged full price for the second shipment of the product which I haven't even received and yet it was supposed to be shipped on July 26 and today's date is August 11th! I demand a quick refund of $85.97 for the cream I haven't gotten and the eye serum for $89.97 that I haven't received! This company charged both charges to my Discover card! Please get this company to refund my money or credit my account!

Free trial automatically enrolls into an auto-ship program which is NOT transparent in the ordering process. More charges made to me than product sent. I have been charge roughly $400 to date.

The first shipment was shady with very unprofessional packaging and in fact, there were spelling errors on the outside of the products. I tried to cancel via their Contact Us page and they wouldn't accept the input.

The second shipment arrived just after I tried to cancel the first time. The actual face lotion within product is different this time than their first shipment. In fact, by the smell, I would swear it is Noxzema and am considering sending it to the makers of Noxzema.

Upon reaching their customer service (FINALLY), they refused any returns and refunds.

Complete scam company and I will be going through my bank for fraud protection.
