Vitalie Skincare Reviews

I live in New Jersey but stay with my Aunt who is 98 and ailing. I also stay with my sister and she told me in September I started receiving these small boxes addressed to SA Gaines.

I got a chance to go to her house and there were boxes there from Vitalie skin are that I never ordered. There were three boxes with a box of skin care. I called my bank to see if this company was charging my account $5 a month, the rep said she didn't see any charges for $5 from a company called Vitalie. I called Vitalie and they said they were charging me $90 dollars a month for this skincare product that I never ordered. I called my bank back and asked were there any monthly charges for $90 and they said yes, and it's been taken out since May. Now, Since my Aunt has been sick since last December I have incurred more charges every month because I am caring for her, however; I didn't know the extra money was coming from Vitalie which my bank said used the name "Geneyece" for the charges. I spoke to the rep at Vitalie and told her to cancel the product and give me an address to ship the product back because I did not order them.

I spoke to Dolores on 10/10/15 she first said she would give me back 50% of my money back and I told her I wanted all my money back because the whole internet trial is a scam and I never asked for the product, just the $5 sample. I told her I was going to file a complaint andtake them to small claims court and then Dolores said she will give me 75% of my money back and I still said NO because I never ordered the product.

She said if I send all the product back she would give me my full refund minus re-stocking fees which she failed to tell me what the amount of that was. She also gave me 2 RMA (return merchandise authorization) numbers and a cancellation #.

Today, (10/14/15) I received another package of the product and when I spoke to the 2 people today, they started saying the same thing that Dolores said to me; that they would refund 50% of my money! then 75% and then the woman (can't

remember her name and was driving so I couldn't write it down) started arguing with me so I asked for a supervisor, his name was Anton and he said point blank he didn't want hear what I have to say, very rude and nasty and he said there was nothing he could do.

I am sending the product back tomorrow but with the RMA # and I'll make sure I get a tracking number for proof.

TV Ads for "Lumalift" make it sound like a "sample size is sold for the shipping cost, and no other risk is involved.

Lumineskin (*) and Tryvivaski (*) (888 403 6921) are the same company. They advertise the product deceptively on TV as a "no risk trial" without any mention of any "cancellation requirement" or the "cancellation period". They let you go into their web site http://lumaliftskincare.net/ , which does not have any mention of cancellation or the period either.

Only highlighted buttons are "Rush My Order" "Try out risk free". On the same site they also advertise that this cream needs to be used in conjunction with the "Vitalie". As one goes through the ordering process, there is "fine print" about cancellation.

They are in the business of "hit and run" through deceptive advertising. As a matter of fact they keep changing their name (*) every other month to make traceability difficult. They exploit the system through false advertising and deceptive marketing and use Visa as the intermediary. When I called to cancel any subscription I might have been signed up, and told them that I will complain, I was told that "if you complain, we would not even refund the money for the second shipment". They use your set up as a means to cheat unsuspecting customers, who do not read all the "fine print", hidden somewhere in their pages.

There is no address provided on any of their websites. If you call they don't give any address but only provide one "P.O. Box 25380, Santa Ana" address for returns.

They change the product name every so often to make traceability difficult. Their "companion product" used to be "Vitalie" now they changed the name to "Vivexin" - The same bottle with a different label (I am attaching a photo of the product (Vitalie) they used to sell prior to "Vivexin".

Don't touch this stuff when you see an ad for Luma Lift or Vitalie Skin Creme. They offer a $1.95 sample, and the fine print says you agree to a $90 little bottle of the stuff every month until you call up and cancel. You will get it for the rest of your life if you're not careful. I didn't even get a confirmation of my order and they were already shipping it out. I called Visa to contest the charges, and they said because of the fine print, they couldn't take off the charges, but would cancel any future shipments right away.

I called the company to demand a refund, they won't take anything back. The man on the phone said 'it was all in the fine print and now "I'm stuck with it." He said he would send me an email stating that I had cancelled but that was another lie! Worst group of people. Spread the word and dn't let them get away with this. Shame, shame, shame!!!
