The guy with a shabby hippie/dirty look posting several fake ads on Craigslist and Facebook for web design is a scammer. His name is Charles Winters, aka Chuck Winters, aka Charles Theodore Winters.
I have seen all the complaints posted about him come true on the projects he was handling for me. He stopped communicating after taking the money, then he messed up my website and made it worse than it was before. On the second project, he took the money and did nothing. He has no tech knowledge but he talks as if he has it to rob his victims.
When I informed him that I was going to sue him, he rudely replied that he didn't care. This man has been scamming people with fake web tech services for many years. He is also reported to be a pedophile, woman abuser, and incest felon.
Although he features posh looking activities on his so-called website and social media, he is nothing but a scam artist. Everything on his pages is fake. The posh cars, red carpet events, glamour models are all made up to steal your money!
Charles Winters has no place to stay. He lives on the streets of Los Angeles and hangs out in Coffee shops with his old lap top to concoct horrible scam plots.
