I paid 149$ for a year's subcription to videoblocks.com, so I would be able to download clips that had no advertising logos on screen. Those kinds of clips are free just about anywhere. After paying, the only clips I was offered had the logo on the screen. Why would I pay 149$ for that? Then they say in fine print that my purchase may be non-refundable! Ripoff! They suck.

I subscribed VideoBlocks and they've automatically without asking given to me free access to AudioBlocks.

It works like one account, same user name, same password and even only one welcome email for both services. The websites work like is only one group of multiple services.

I deleted my account before the automatic renewal. After short time I was charge of $149 because my account was still active on AudioBlocks. In short I was charged for a service I've never subscribed, I've never used and never wanted.

I signed up for a free trial on October 14, 2016. I contacted the company through their help button on their website on October 19, 2016 to ask that the trial be cancelled and the account closed.

In December 2016, I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice for $79.00. I contacted the company agian through their help button and they sent me an email asking for more details. Through several emails, they have given me the runaround and have not cancelled the account nor have they made the refund.

On December 14, 2016, I gave them until close of business today (December 15, 2016) to cancel the account and refund my money. They did not reply. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Reston, VA and have filed this complaint here. Next, I will contact my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges and I will find as many other places as possible to file complaints against the compamy. I may even go the the NAB convention next year to stand at their booth and tell people about my experiences.

To the company... Refund my money. All of it. Now

For two months I have cleared my credit card the value of 79 dollars, I've never bought a memebresia or product on your website, I reviewed all my email accounts and none is registered in your page, I need you to do me a refound immediately, I saw that many people affected by this situation, I expect a prompt response and solution.

Was charged 79$/month after cancelling "FREE TRIAL" was charged for 7 months. Login email not even recognized and would not allow me to login or reset password. REFUSED to refund money. Offered me "Free" one year subscription to make up for their mistakes. Still can't even login. DO NOT USE FREE TRIAL. They are out to steal your money. Most content is b-grade garbage as is.
