This company has seemed to change its name already, they told us that we would not be paid for the 3 days of training until after we have worked a week which seems illegal all in itself. But I noticed when you are on a call the supervisor kicks you out of your session which automatically logs you off, which also means you won't get paid for that time. This is done while you are working. I worked 4 days which includes 3 days of training and got a deposit in my bank for $18. 56 After contacting Georgiann Morgan the administrator, she stated they will not be paying me for total time logged in, and offered no reason or reply to my request for corporate office name and number. I have more checks coming but I'm not sure if I will receive those and I have resigned from the company and I am seeking assistance from the labor board of California. Upon further research I found out this company has a history of not paying people and have even changed their name once already. They do not state in their contract they will only pay you partial payments for work performed for their company. They actually ask you to log into a certain area while doing a portion of the their work, knowing they will not pay you if you are logged into that area. Legally these people must be stopped. When people work for you they should be paid for their time and services. They just flat out refuse to pay and then ignore your emails!!

First I want to say that I am disabled and after they found this out it was like I was a target. I got an honorable mention for high conversion, and all good reviews. All of a sudden I came in to work and was told I had made a few bad Dispositions on calls and my contract was being Terminated by My Supervisor Amber Hopes. I said I was confused by the whole thing and she called Gina McKenna into the Join.Me session I proceeded to discuss some of the issues and problems that I had with the systems freezing and glitches with successes not adding up correctly she said it was my fault and blamed my internet, on these particular instance a lot of agents was posting in chat that the programs was giving trouble. I told her all of this and she just simply said I was lying but not in those exact words. As for the wrong dispositions I explained some of the scenarios was not mentioned and we had to make the best choice as we was told in training. Of course Amber Hopes and Gina McKenna made me out to be the bad guy here. I was let go right before Christmas and feel like I wasn't given proper treatment and was definitely not accommodated as a Disabled person. I also feel like the Independent contra core title is incorrect as I and other agents are in fact treated like employs. They are unfair and cold hearted when it comes to firing you. I was told in not so many words oh well you are disabled and have no place with this company and I am so upset and suffering panic attacks and anxiety by the whole situation with ViaSource Solutions. I work on the ticket to work program and feel like my disability is the reason for all of this and they made me to feel like this.
